When I inquired about a open tent, I asked about the military discount their facility offers. I was told only the manager can give that. The manager a few moments later walked in and I asked the clerk if that was the manager who could add the discount. She said yes and then continued to set up the reservation with no intention of asking the manager to help. I gave up. More to say, character limit!

Given a cabin on top of the hill. I am on a motorcycle pulling a trailer. the steepness of the parking lot at the upper cabins made manouvering into a parking position a challenge. Not a situation that the staff runs into very often but probably one that should be mentioned when there are a variety of cabins to let. The view was good, The cabin was comfortable and clean.

Arrived to ZERO shade throughout the camping area,& tent sites were perfunctory at best. Tent pad was crushed hard granite and framed out in wood, with the only option was to parallel park. Couldn't use SUV back end. felt more like a roadside rest area than the KOAs we have been accustomed. We were not able to stay there and booked a hotel instead. Was very disappointed and will post web review

Such a great visit! My son and I had a blast tent camping for two nights. We checked in after hours with no hassle. We will definitely be back!

Facility was clean & well laid out. The location is not a very good one. Noisy all the time with being so close to Hwy 6. As we were tent camping ���� you can’t drown out the noise. The tent sites would be better further back from the road nearer the cabins.

The whole campground is clean and well maintained. We used the showers and restrooms. They were clean. There are some mud wrens or swallows that have a nest in one of the outdoor bathrooms. We were dive bombed a couple of times.The name of the KOA (Bryan/North College Station) is not quite accurate. The locations is north of Bryan in Benchly. About 30 minutes from TAMU.

Thank you for your review. we bought nest cups to divert the birds to trees but we haven't been successful and even broke the nest twice. Working with terminix company for a solution . Hope you would give us another chance to serve you better in future

The personnel were very friendly. Facilities were extremely clean and well maintained. The location was convenient to groceries and gas. My grandkids had fun on the playground and in the pool. The tent areas are rather small, and do not have picnic tables.

Beautiful park. I stayed 7 nights when a friend’s boyfriend was in the hospital after a terrible car wreck. I stayed in a tent in spot #1. Only complaint is that for three of the nights, there wasn’t any toilet paper in the restroom across from my tent. And I’m not sure the trash was dumped, sink was cleaned nor actual toilet room was cleaned. I have reservations for the deluxe cabin in May.

This place is the best ! All of the staff are great and make you feel at home staying here. Beautiful pool (which my daughter loves) and super clean showers and restrooms. My advice is to pass all the other campgrounds up and stay here at KOA.

Wonderful people at the front desk . Even had a screw up with my card (which was my fault) . She messaged me very kindly about it and I went up front and made sure my payment went through. This is an awesome, amazing, and relaxing place to stay. Pool is wonderful. Laundry and showers are top notch. Grounds are nicely kept. I highly recommend staying here!!!

This campground is a work in process but will be great when completed. The staff is great and very helpful.

Very friendly staff. Clean park with a nice little swimming pool and play gound for the kids. The park is quiet and the staff friendly. This is our second time staying here and it was great both times.

This was our second stay at the Bryan Holiday location and again, it did not disappoint. Friendly hosts, good neighbors with a little rain. We did enjoy our stay and will be back.
