Very clean, quiet and beautiful location. Staff was very polite and helpful. We liked the facility so much we stayed another day.

Looks brand new! Decent sized spots, nice camp store, well equipped laundry room. They have a fenced in dog run that is clean and easily accessible. The staff was friendly and efficient - we will stay again if in the area.

This is only the second Koa that I won’t go back to. As a full time Rv’er we spend a lot of time at Koa’s. The sites are so unlevel even with levelling jacks you have to have a stack of blocks for your jacks to work. Utilities are so for apart doesn’t make sense fire pit only has room for chairs on one side can only be used depending on direction of the wind. Not sure if they were cutting

The septic cleanout was too tall even with our hose holder which made it VERY difficult to empty our tanks. There were also very deep ruts that we would almost fall in outside.

Sites were clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Easy in and out. Site was easy level. Bathrooms and showers were new and clean. Came in for College football game. Great spot.

We celebrated a granddaughters birthday and this KOA could not have been a better KOA to work with. They accommodated many requests and were happy to do so. They are great management and a excellent KOA to stay at!

The only issue was backing in and pulling out in the back couple of rows. The street is too narrow and you have no choice but to drive through a small portion of the grass.

Great place! Nice spacing between sites. Fire pits, chairs and picnic table at each site. Very clean private bathrooms with locks. Super friendly staff.

The grounds need a lot of work in leveling the grass out and filling in dead patches. The quiet hours do not seem to be enforced; We were woken up 3 different nights by people after 10 PM still outside and being LOUD. I would not recommend the 800 row to anyone, the pads are not built correctly. You walk right out your RV into the grass. Hope it improves across the board soon.

Only problem was the site was not level, seemed whole campground was the same, was built this way for proper drainage. Staff very friendly and helpful in letting us borrow blocks to level out our RV. Very new and clean.

Very. vacant as was just brand new. Looked great until you realized all hookups are too far away. Who ever laid it out but all hookups closest to vehicle end of pad instead of trailer end of pad. I had to park with the truck halfway across the street so power cord would reach

Very new camp ground, but over time will get more grass, less mud. Large area and might be able to use another rest/shower house in the back. Good parking pads.

So nice and clean. The hook up was a bit muddy but some plumbing was just improved. Our check in was quick. The showers are outstanding. The grounds are well kept

Loved this park. Is nice and new. Wish the sites were a little more level, but enjoyed the concrete pads and patio. Wasn't there long enough to use the fire pit, but was a nice touch. Staff was great, very friendly and cordial. Thought the sites were a little over priced. Would recommend offering introduction rates to fill it up.

This is a very new, clean park with a beautiful pool with colored lights at night, a nice children's play area, and paved RV sites. The negative is that these paved sites are not level back to front nor side to side. We had to unhook our tow vehicle to be able to raise the front end of our travel trailer high enough. There is also loud traffic noise from the highway traffic.

Beautiful, clean, new park. Gorgeous pool, though it was too cool to use during our visit. There is a lot of noise from the highway which made our boxers nervous so next time we'll try for a site deeper in the park. The trees at the sites are babies, but once they grow there will be shade. We'll visit again!

A very nice and clean new RV park. A good place to stay while you take in sites and places in Bryan and College Station. The only down side was the sounds of the the weed trimmer and blowers that persisted multiple hours on Saturday.

Great location to Texas A&M, easy to find right off the highway. We did not use them but all the amenities looked great. The grass areas around the RV sites need some work, but it was not unexpected considering the drought that has been on going. Some decent watering or rain should help bring in the grass and make this place an 5 star stay.

Since they have one been open since May, everything was new and still being settled. Their sites were large and neat. I was impressed by their paved areas. The roads were wide and the approach and exit was wide. We plan on coming back.

Staff was great! But the park layout just isn't conducive to most rvs. The utilities are about 20 feet apart, the concrete pads are not level (one bus motor home had his back wheels off the concrete by at least 10 inches), and the sun is on the metal picnic tables from about 11:00 all afternoon. The heat of the day is on your front door! If you're an Aggie fan - go for it! It's close and convenien

Absolutely loved the stay; would definitely stay again. Really nice staff. The concrete parking was really good. Even though near the highway, the road noise was acceptable and not a pain.

Park is nice as are the people. It is clean and accessible however most if not all of the lots are very uneven and will need 3 to 4 inches to level. If you have a 5th wheel and auto leveling plan on manual leveling.

Very nice, brand new park. That pool made me wish I had brought my swimsuit. Great people.

This park is fairly new, so everthing is clean, with a nice pool and concrete pads. That being said the pads were not level, they have a 3 PM check-in time and 11AM check out time. Why they need 4 hrs. makes no sense. The park was nearly empty when we checked in a little early, and they charged us $10.00 for early arrival. I would not stay here again.

Hey Mr. and Mrs. Palmer. Thank you for your honest review. Due to elevation of the ground pads were made slanted to not flood. Early check in charge is strictly for electricity that is being used. Instead of $20.00 you were just charged $10.00. We would really like you to come stay with us again

The campground is clean and spacious. The people were very kind. They even let us watch the football game after hours in the party room since our tv was not receiving the game. Great experience!

Great new clean park. Owners super friendly and very easy to work with. They worked with our schedule and made everything seamlessly smooth. Best KOA we have ever stayed at.

Very friendly staff. Clean park with a nice little swimming pool and play gound for the kids. The park is quiet and the staff friendly. This is our second time staying here and it was great both times.

This was our second stay at the Bryan Holiday location and again, it did not disappoint. Friendly hosts, good neighbors with a little rain. We did enjoy our stay and will be back.
