Everything was brand new & beautiful!! It was pouring rain & we enjoyed the easy pull in & out & our cozy stay! We always check to see if there is a book exchange & they didn’t have one yet, but liked the idea! Overall a very nice place!

For a new facility I would expect the site concrete pad to be level and not off by over 2”. The grass was also 10-12” long. Otherwise a nice facility with large sites.

Thank you for review. Since, the business on both sides of our campground are much elevated we had to built our park slanted to save from flooding. As much rain we had for last two weeks thankfully we didn't flood however it has also restrained us from mowing. It will be taken care off this week

Great employees, all new and clean grounds, beautiful pool, that being said the highway noise is insane and there were a few shortcuts taken in the pouring of the concrete.

Great stay, very nice hosts. Clean, lots of grass. Very convenient, will stay again. Easy maneuvering within the grounds, though the turn off the highway/back on is a bit narrow. Since it is a pretty new facility (2023) the trees are not yet mature but should be lovely and block more road noise. You will need to level as the sites have some slope.

When I arrived I was told that my reservations had been upgraded. When I reviewed the reservation it was the spot that I chose. The grass outside my door was littered with garbage from the previous person when I went to the front to complain the office was already closed and when I went to talk to someone when we were leaving the office was still closed. I took pictures of the site.

As a full timer, I have been here since the early opening weeks of 2023. The grounds are recovering from the upheaval of construction, new grass and trees are taking hold, the deer, rabbits, birds, and Canadian Geese are settling back into their routines and becoming less skittish. The Owners and Staff are the GREATEST! The ADA restrooms meet and exceed my 'wheelchair life' needs.

The only negative would be the fact that dog poop was left at the site. It stank to high heaven. It should have been cleaned up before we checked in.

Very beautiful rv park. It would be nice if the back in sites had picnic tables.

Fairly new park..well maintained. The staff was exceptional..very friendly. We were here “Eclipse time” and they offered a party for all to enjoy the viewing.

Beautiful KOA. Even though it is by the highway we did not notice a lot of road noise and we were sleeping with the windows open. The staff in the office were nice.

Too narrow a site for a long 5th wheel. The entrance is a little tricky... but ok. Everything else was very nice.

This KOA has beautiful spacious sites and has great high-speed Internet which was helpful as my wife and I work remotely from our RV. We have a StarLink Dish that we could have set up, but their Internet was top notch! A short drive from the campus of Texas A&M, we also enjoyed visiting the George H. W. Bush Library & Museum. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

New park so working out the bugs. Laid out well, get a space towards back to lessen noise. Unknown to employees is a well stocked store 1/4 mile to south walking distance. Enjoy

I loved my stay at this fairly new KOA. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The laundry room is amazing with brand new luxury machines. I am assuming because they are so new, not every site has a picnic table or fire ring, but I bet they will as they grow. I would highly recommend this KOA. I hope to be back some day.

it is a new park. So, the grass has not had time to fill in the mud. The Picnic tables are not level. When they poured the concrete they went with the contour of the ground and not a bubble level. Other than that all is well. It is all concrete so big rigs are good. Pool and play grounds area is nice. Front office is attractive.

New KOA park. All concrete pads. Our site was large and level. Exceptional customer service at check in. Only stayed overnight so didn’t use any amenities but everything looked very clean and well cared for. Would recommend.

The camp was very nice but, it's not dog friendly. You need to install poop bags and a place to get rid of the poop. The people you placed next to us let their two dogs go where ever. Feces carries disease so for that reason alone you need to take action. also, your dog must be on a leash which is a law, a German Shepard off lease charged my husband and dogs [who were on leashes]

Very clean but did have a little bit of road noise and pad was very slanted side to side. Staff was extremely helpful with checkin.

Great staff…nice sites….campground new, opening last May. mostly level concrete sites (our patio site was slightly slanted which made it difficult for good sewer drainage….had to counter more than usual). Wifi was great for TV streaming. We enjoyed our visit!

It was a quick visit to Bryan/College Station and I only stayed 2 nights. There were not many RV's here at this time because it is very new. It's a convenient location and I would definitely stay here again.

We usually stay at Great Escapes but decided to try this out. The sites are off-level, there are no picnic tables (we were in the cheaper back sites, but picnic tables should be in every spot), and the pool advertises it is open year-round but Susan told two little boys it was closed for the season (it was 80 degrees), and it is real close to a train track. We will not be returning to this KOA.

Great open campsite. Loved our fire pit and loved how big the pull thru sites were!! We will be back!

Very friendly staff. Clean park with a nice little swimming pool and play gound for the kids. The park is quiet and the staff friendly. This is our second time staying here and it was great both times.

This was our second stay at the Bryan Holiday location and again, it did not disappoint. Friendly hosts, good neighbors with a little rain. We did enjoy our stay and will be back.
