Everything was great until the Power outage the second night. No one came to do anything. Luckily I had a generator !!! Should have got offered a refund or some compensation. Makes me Leary

My Daughter and I were very happy with our 3-night stay at Bryan KOA. Checking in was easy and all the personal were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that and it's not a big one is that the Pool didn't open until 10:00 AM my daughter and i would have liked to start our day with a swim. We are planning on returning to the area often and will plan on staying here.

A very nice, new KOA, with strong WIFI and new rest rooms, but no shade and concrete sites make for a hot stay. Trees have been planted, but years before any shade.

This was a very nice experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathhouses were clean. The campsite was level, tidy, and a good size.

Hook ups for power, water, and drain were positioned too far forward. Resort is very clean and nice staff. We really enjoyed the patio area and size of our site. We will definitely be back!

The pull through pads are extremely unlevel front to back and side to side and the utilities water and electric were place to front of the pad. Ridiculous for a new facility like this to be built that way.

This KOA is the worst place we have ever stayed from a level pad perspective. We witnessed multiple 5th wheels and TTs with one side requiring blocks under their tires and jacks, both unsafe. We have a motorhome and our jacks would NOT even go down due to the slope. It's just ridiculous that this passed KOA inspection and at the price, we would not recommend. Debbie was great.

Staff here are absolutely amazing! Very friendly and go above and beyond for their guests. The sites are not level and slope so be sure to have leveling blocks.

We only stayed 1 night but we code tell this would be great place to stay several days. Had all the amenities you need. Sights layed out well. Our only issue is the electrical outlets and water connection were way too close to one end of each sight making it difficult to get close enough to connect without our truck being in driving lane..

Great reception at check-in. The camp is clean and well kept. Very friendly staff and got a wave from the desk as we drove out. Price was reasonable for the area.

Great location and facilities. Little disappointed in level of pads; front wheels of motorhome had to be lifted 4” off the ground, and it’s only a 25’ rig.

Invited my sister and Brother-n-law to stay for a week. Special Thanks to assistant manager Debbie, for crisis control after a camper pulled their 5th wheel trailer over the water main block valve. The whole camp was without water less than 4 hours as repairs were made. But the 'Over and Above' award goes to Stephanie Hooper, site manager for dumpster diving to retrieve my sister's binoculars. :)

Weeds and long grass; unkept. Dog yard needs attention. Lots of long term people who don’t follow rules. Dogs in pool area. We had no water due to line break but no refund offered! We couldn’t leave and had one bottle to share with two people and a dog all night! Horrible experience. And staff passed us in their cart and didn’t even wave. More like a long term trailer park than a KOA.

Everything was perfect for us. We selected a specific spot. Some of the spots however had steeper grades to them making the front of the trailers high off the ground.

Very new KOA. They were actively updating some things as well. Pool was very nice and clean. Dog park also very nice. Staff were helpful. This is a good stop for folks traveling to and from College Station as well as from DFW to the coast.

The staff was quite friendly. The park is easy to navigate and the amenities are clean. The store is clean and well-stocked. A few long-term RVs seem to be older or in massive need of repair giving the park a slight ding on its clean image. The sites angle downhill; so bring leveling blocks for one side of your RV in order to remain level. The water pressure is 65 psi. The internet is slow.

Stayed for one quick night. The staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The grounds were well kept. We will stay here again in the future!

This is a very nice KOA campground, we would recommend it for a quick stop, or a longer stay. Very clean, well kept, nice staff, and it's got a lot of things to keep the kiddo's traveling with you to do. (Side note, we didn't have kids, just a pup). But they have a nice play ground, fire pit lounge, and pool as well as a fishing pond. We enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly staff. Clean park with a nice little swimming pool and play gound for the kids. The park is quiet and the staff friendly. This is our second time staying here and it was great both times.

This was our second stay at the Bryan Holiday location and again, it did not disappoint. Friendly hosts, good neighbors with a little rain. We did enjoy our stay and will be back.
