The personnel were very friendly. Facilities were extremely clean and well maintained. The location was convenient to groceries and gas. My grandkids had fun on the playground and in the pool. The tent areas are rather small, and do not have picnic tables.

The only negative would be the fact that dog poop was left at the site. It stank to high heaven. It should have been cleaned up before we checked in.

Very beautiful rv park. It would be nice if the back in sites had picnic tables.

Fairly new park..well maintained. The staff was exceptional..very friendly. We were here “Eclipse time” and they offered a party for all to enjoy the viewing.

Beautiful KOA. Even though it is by the highway we did not notice a lot of road noise and we were sleeping with the windows open. The staff in the office were nice.

Too narrow a site for a long 5th wheel. The entrance is a little tricky... but ok. Everything else was very nice.

This KOA has beautiful spacious sites and has great high-speed Internet which was helpful as my wife and I work remotely from our RV. We have a StarLink Dish that we could have set up, but their Internet was top notch! A short drive from the campus of Texas A&M, we also enjoyed visiting the George H. W. Bush Library & Museum. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Staff = fantastic! We are experienced travelers in a 34 foot RV and tow a vehicle. First: park design. The cement slabs are too narrow and the septic and electric are so far apart that you could not connect, park and exit your RV onto the cement, but rather into wet muddy grass. KOA info said pool open in error. Staff offered to open the ice cold pool. Bumpy park exit w RV onto Hwy needs warning.

New park so working out the bugs. Laid out well, get a space towards back to lessen noise. Unknown to employees is a well stocked store 1/4 mile to south walking distance. Enjoy

I loved my stay at this fairly new KOA. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The laundry room is amazing with brand new luxury machines. I am assuming because they are so new, not every site has a picnic table or fire ring, but I bet they will as they grow. I would highly recommend this KOA. I hope to be back some day.

it is a new park. So, the grass has not had time to fill in the mud. The Picnic tables are not level. When they poured the concrete they went with the contour of the ground and not a bubble level. Other than that all is well. It is all concrete so big rigs are good. Pool and play grounds area is nice. Front office is attractive.

New KOA park. All concrete pads. Our site was large and level. Exceptional customer service at check in. Only stayed overnight so didn’t use any amenities but everything looked very clean and well cared for. Would recommend.

The camp was very nice but, it's not dog friendly. You need to install poop bags and a place to get rid of the poop. The people you placed next to us let their two dogs go where ever. Feces carries disease so for that reason alone you need to take action. also, your dog must be on a leash which is a law, a German Shepard off lease charged my husband and dogs [who were on leashes]

Great staff…nice sites….campground new, opening last May. mostly level concrete sites (our patio site was slightly slanted which made it difficult for good sewer drainage….had to counter more than usual). Wifi was great for TV streaming. We enjoyed our visit!

It was a quick visit to Bryan/College Station and I only stayed 2 nights. There were not many RV's here at this time because it is very new. It's a convenient location and I would definitely stay here again.

We usually stay at Great Escapes but decided to try this out. The sites are off-level, there are no picnic tables (we were in the cheaper back sites, but picnic tables should be in every spot), and the pool advertises it is open year-round but Susan told two little boys it was closed for the season (it was 80 degrees), and it is real close to a train track. We will not be returning to this KOA.

Great open campsite. Loved our fire pit and loved how big the pull thru sites were!! We will be back!

We just wanted to visit College Station and saw this KOA passing through. Everything is new, just opened this year. Very clean and we will be going back

Looks brand new! Decent sized spots, nice camp store, well equipped laundry room. They have a fenced in dog run that is clean and easily accessible. The staff was friendly and efficient - we will stay again if in the area.

Beautiful park. I stayed 7 nights when a friend’s boyfriend was in the hospital after a terrible car wreck. I stayed in a tent in spot #1. Only complaint is that for three of the nights, there wasn’t any toilet paper in the restroom across from my tent. And I’m not sure the trash was dumped, sink was cleaned nor actual toilet room was cleaned. I have reservations for the deluxe cabin in May.

This is only the second Koa that I won’t go back to. As a full time Rv’er we spend a lot of time at Koa’s. The sites are so unlevel even with levelling jacks you have to have a stack of blocks for your jacks to work. Utilities are so for apart doesn’t make sense fire pit only has room for chairs on one side can only be used depending on direction of the wind. Not sure if they were cutting

Very friendly staff. Clean park with a nice little swimming pool and play gound for the kids. The park is quiet and the staff friendly. This is our second time staying here and it was great both times.

This was our second stay at the Bryan Holiday location and again, it did not disappoint. Friendly hosts, good neighbors with a little rain. We did enjoy our stay and will be back.
