Everything is clean and new. Clean is the most important part. The only issues was the gardener edged but left the grass covering our spot. We didnt want to set up to cook outside figuring would come back to blow it away but they never did. Other was that there was not a lot of campers, say maybe 20% full but they had everyone in the same two rows instead of spread out. I would stay there again

The sites are nice and open, the pool was very clean and refreshing, and it was very easy to add an extra night to our stay. We would stay here again.

Had a good time visiting pur son and daughter in law. They just had a baby in June. Weather was hot, would like to see extended pool hours.

Not enough trash cans, no shade, only 3 showers which were very poorly designed . Lock on one shower room didn't work properly

This was a really nice KOA and looks fairly new. It’s because of that, I didn’t see the normal amount of amenities that I am used to seeing at KOA locations. That was specifically the reason I chose a KOA but was a bit disappointed. The bathrooms and showers were really nice.

Everything was exceptional. The pool area. The showers. Even the office was nice. I loved the 3 outside showers by the pool. Great for cooling off from the heat

Nice campground. Very nice lady working in the office. Two concerns for site #910 that kept the rating from being a 10 & 5 stars. 1. The site isnt level. It leans to one side really bad. It was ok for a weekend but wouldn't work for an extended stay 2. The sewer hookup is in a bad location. Couldn't reach it with a standard hose. I had to back up into the grass to dump.

I made my reservation for a 1 night stay in a premium site. When I got there I asked to book a second night and was told that my site was booked for the second night so I was down-graded to another site for both nights. That site was sitting on such a slope, I never could get my jacks to level my camper. But on the morning I left, no one had arrived to claim my original premium site. GRRRRRR

The camp ground is fairly new and well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful. The sites are wonderful, all concrete and level. However, they maybe slightly angled, depending on the site. Our 5th wheel actually had 2 wheels off the ground and only 1 front stabilizer when we prepared to hook up, which is a sign it's slightly off level. Otherwise it was wonderful and we'll be back.

New KOA. Lots of baby trees that will grow to provide the needed shade. Perfect location for my travel needs.

My only complaint would be that the sewer hookup was not close enough for the spot we were in. The dump station was to tall for our camper. Pulled into another spot to dump gray water and sewage. Front desk very pleasant.

Checked in on May 1 and left on May 26. All interactions with staff were positive. On Wednesday May 22 had a pipe break because the person mowing ran over one of the connections. This only affected the row we were in. Received a text message from the office informing me and an employee brought a water hose and ran it from a vacant site behind me.

The park had an incorrect after hours phone number on the park map. When I phoned upon arrival, the man who answered was rude and asked how I got his number. Later when my wife went to the office to pay, the attendant pointed her finger in my wife’s face and said never call that number…quite inappropriate. It was their mistake. Park had knee-high weeds everywhere.

Great staff,extremely friendly. Site pads are slightly angled due to heavy rainfall at times and due to close proximity to highway you do have some highway noise. Beautiful facilities and pool

Super nice, new KOA. The staff was very accommodating. The pool and playground were a hit for the kids. Super clean bathrooms. Overall 10/10, one of the nicest KOAs we have been at.

Everything was brand new & beautiful!! It was pouring rain & we enjoyed the easy pull in & out & our cozy stay! We always check to see if there is a book exchange & they didn’t have one yet, but liked the idea! Overall a very nice place!

For a new facility I would expect the site concrete pad to be level and not off by over 2”. The grass was also 10-12” long. Otherwise a nice facility with large sites.

Thank you for review. Since, the business on both sides of our campground are much elevated we had to built our park slanted to save from flooding. As much rain we had for last two weeks thankfully we didn't flood however it has also restrained us from mowing. It will be taken care off this week

Great employees, all new and clean grounds, beautiful pool, that being said the highway noise is insane and there were a few shortcuts taken in the pouring of the concrete.

Great stay, very nice hosts. Clean, lots of grass. Very convenient, will stay again. Easy maneuvering within the grounds, though the turn off the highway/back on is a bit narrow. Since it is a pretty new facility (2023) the trees are not yet mature but should be lovely and block more road noise. You will need to level as the sites have some slope.

When I arrived I was told that my reservations had been upgraded. When I reviewed the reservation it was the spot that I chose. The grass outside my door was littered with garbage from the previous person when I went to the front to complain the office was already closed and when I went to talk to someone when we were leaving the office was still closed. I took pictures of the site.

As a full timer, I have been here since the early opening weeks of 2023. The grounds are recovering from the upheaval of construction, new grass and trees are taking hold, the deer, rabbits, birds, and Canadian Geese are settling back into their routines and becoming less skittish. The Owners and Staff are the GREATEST! The ADA restrooms meet and exceed my 'wheelchair life' needs.

We love this KOA. It is a perfect place to stay in Aggieland. The owners and staff are extremely helpful. The campground is always clean and quiet. Can't wait for the pond to fill! We will be back!

Facility was clean & well laid out. The location is not a very good one. Noisy all the time with being so close to Hwy 6. As we were tent camping ���� you can’t drown out the noise. The tent sites would be better further back from the road nearer the cabins.

The whole campground is clean and well maintained. We used the showers and restrooms. They were clean. There are some mud wrens or swallows that have a nest in one of the outdoor bathrooms. We were dive bombed a couple of times.The name of the KOA (Bryan/North College Station) is not quite accurate. The locations is north of Bryan in Benchly. About 30 minutes from TAMU.

Thank you for your review. we bought nest cups to divert the birds to trees but we haven't been successful and even broke the nest twice. Working with terminix company for a solution . Hope you would give us another chance to serve you better in future

Very friendly staff. Clean park with a nice little swimming pool and play gound for the kids. The park is quiet and the staff friendly. This is our second time staying here and it was great both times.

This was our second stay at the Bryan Holiday location and again, it did not disappoint. Friendly hosts, good neighbors with a little rain. We did enjoy our stay and will be back.
