The Staff is the real reason to stay here, They are always willing to help you in anyway they can. The Park is new but has great potential, it can be a great destination KOA with time. And, REMEMBER to THANK the Staff!!!!!!

Best KOA ever and we have stayed in many over the past 25+ years. It is new so no trees to deal with! All pads are wide full concrete. Utilities easy to hook up. Office staff very friendly and helpful. We went there to visit family but Hurricane Milton in Florida gave us several extra days����. Definitely will stay there again when we are in the area. Only negative is high weekend rat

Newer park with concrete pads to park your RV on. Very clean and well kept. Close to the highway and access to Bryan / College Station is good. Also, Park has a nice pool and nice individual restroom / showers. We would stay again and we do recommend this Park to others.

This is a great park with lots of concrete sites with some decent spacing. Pretty new park with lots of young trees planted, will be even better as trees mature. Great pool and laundry facilities. Only negative was they couldn't find my award points. I should have saved 25$

Friendly/helpful staff; Concrete pads w/picnic table/fire pit at all sites is a real bonus. There are no trees, so no shade, but they have planted some. I didn't give a 10 or 5 in my rating because the site is right on a major highway, so there is a lot of road noise. I was disappointed that I was given a site in the row closest to the road when it appeared there were many other sites available.

The check in process was easy and enjoyable. The staff was nice and gave us a map to our site. This KOA is awesome, it is clean, roomy and has lots of amenities. We will definitely stay there again, and we highly recommend this KOA.

over all very nice place . Plenty room . Quiet. price was right . We look forward to our next stay. To improve on. 1 restroom near camping is on a timer and turns off after 5min. Thats not enough time AT ALL. Some direction arrows painted on drives would aid in traffic flow . Some LARGER signs or street names would also help alot. great place . Helpful staff. The firepit/chairs/table nicer site had no umbrella or shade. No BBQ grill or grate on the firepit. We had hoped to cook outside! And we were right by the lovely pool per request but it opened at 10am…late for early morning coffee swim and closed at 730p. It would have been nice to have adult evening swims since we were far from nightlife. It was cement city. Just not a good fit for us.

We really liked the open space to walk our dogs. The RV space was very roomy. The employees were very kind and helped us pick a good space.

Awesome place. Most sites lean for drainage purposes. So bring a few blocks or wood with you. But this is a very nice place!!

I chose to stay at the BCS KOA for some seriously needed downtime from caregiving for family members. The park was extremely clean and the staff was amazing! The pool was sparkling clean and felt well balanced, not completely full of chlorine as in many hotel/public pools. The bathrooms were cleaned regularly and the showers were great! For wheelchair users they have 2 wonderful ADA bathrooms.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this LOCATION and we enjoy this location. We have already booked 5 nights at thanksgiving time also. I want to thank the lady at the front desk for booking these for me and making it work out. They do a great job of keeping the grounds kept up and love the trash pick up at the site. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.

New park, designed by non campers. Concrete pads are very unlevel, took 3 blocks to level the trailer. We have been camping a long time I don't think we have ever been to a park that has a 3 pm check in for RV sites. The pool closed at 7:45 pm. Really? By the time we got there after 3, set up and ate, it was closed. All they care about is that you leave by 11 am. They need to talk to some experts!

Just an overnighter this time, but this is the place to stop. Level concrete slabs, grass, nice pool, and new marble bathrooms! Newly planted trees don't give shade yet, but this will be amazing very soon!

Great new KOA but could use a good mowing as the grass at all sites was pretty long. Staff was very friendly and facilities were kept very clean. Great location to stay to go to watch Notre Dame mop the floor with A&M very close to college station and downtown Bryan

We arrived after midnight. It was simple to find our spot. It was pristine and level. The staff we spoke to in the morning were super friendly. Definitely will be staying again.

The staff was great with great communication. Campground is very nice. We had a wonderful spot. The negative is it is a newer campground and no trees /shade. A very hot time in August. Thank you!

Love this KOA! The staff are always on task, the grounds are kept nice, the kabins are great, the pool is nice. Plan to return again!

This park was perfect for me. I rented a cabin and was surprised that everything I needed was included. Pots, pans, glasses, clean sheets and clean cumforters. Dish soap, paper towels and everything else you would need to enjoy your stay. And the evening were quiet. If I'm in the area, I'll say again.

nice layout; concrete sites extremely unlevel; could not get level unless the 4 driver's side tires on my coach were raised 6 inches off the ground; jacks correctly calibrated; checked with a level

We enjoyed our stay so much. The weather was great despite the rain for mid/late July visit in Texas. The grass needed mowed but MotherNature wins. The pool was so relaxing and the bath/shower house was so clean. The employees were super nice and they have several main staples in the store. Just wish would have been open little later then 6pm.

The campground is amazingly set up and I wished I could give 5 stars but cabins need a good bug spray down, the grounds have not been kept up (weeds, tall grass). Fix those issues and it’s 5 stars for me. Lots of spiders, scorpions, and tiny black bugs inside the cabin.

thank you for your review. We stay on top of our pest control and yard work. pest control is done every 3rd checkout. this was reported to us on 2nd night of your stay. Due to rain we couldn't do the yard work but its all taken care off now

Nice camp ground, friendly hosts, the only negative for me was the sites are not level, and when they mowed the grass they had grass cuttings on the cement pad and you would track grass into RV. Other than that it’s a great place.

Very friendly staff. Clean park with a nice little swimming pool and play gound for the kids. The park is quiet and the staff friendly. This is our second time staying here and it was great both times.

This was our second stay at the Bryan Holiday location and again, it did not disappoint. Friendly hosts, good neighbors with a little rain. We did enjoy our stay and will be back.
