Nice overnight. Very clean, newer park. All concrete sites. Only downfall is for new sites they are not level, need to raise one side four inches

Weeds and long grass; unkept. Dog yard needs attention. Lots of long term people who don’t follow rules. Dogs in pool area. We had no water due to line break but no refund offered! We couldn’t leave and had one bottle to share with two people and a dog all night! Horrible experience. And staff passed us in their cart and didn’t even wave. More like a long term trailer park than a KOA.

Everything was perfect for us. We selected a specific spot. Some of the spots however had steeper grades to them making the front of the trailers high off the ground.

Very new KOA. They were actively updating some things as well. Pool was very nice and clean. Dog park also very nice. Staff were helpful. This is a good stop for folks traveling to and from College Station as well as from DFW to the coast.

The staff was quite friendly. The park is easy to navigate and the amenities are clean. The store is clean and well-stocked. A few long-term RVs seem to be older or in massive need of repair giving the park a slight ding on its clean image. The sites angle downhill; so bring leveling blocks for one side of your RV in order to remain level. The water pressure is 65 psi. The internet is slow.

Stayed for one quick night. The staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The grounds were well kept. We will stay here again in the future!

This is a very nice KOA campground, we would recommend it for a quick stop, or a longer stay. Very clean, well kept, nice staff, and it's got a lot of things to keep the kiddo's traveling with you to do. (Side note, we didn't have kids, just a pup). But they have a nice play ground, fire pit lounge, and pool as well as a fishing pond. We enjoyed our stay.

The person who checked us in was very friendly and came out just as we got there to help us with propane. Propane wasn’t working so we couldn’t fill up. The campground is very comfortable with new and clean amenities. Not a lot of privacy or shade. There are a LOT of bright lights that stay on all night. I usually bring my RV, but this past weekend we stayed in the 12th Man cabin. It was perfect! I love this KOA -- all facilities are brand new and well-kept. Lots of space. Staff members are professional and helpful/Stephanie is super! Thank you for a great weekend!

The sites are spacious and the grounds are well kept. The dog park always seems to be muddy but there’s plenty of other great areas to walk. The laundry room and restrooms are nice, too.

This was the maiden voyage of our travel trailer and Debbie was super helpful. I think she stayed in the office a few minutes extra to await our arrival and show us to our spot. She came by to check on us the day after we checked in. All the facilities were very nice, clean and pretty new.

Good location. Beautiful registration area. For those few people who want to shower in the area provided, there is no place to hang anything…your towel or clothes. Hooks are pretty inexpensive. Please get some.

Nice place. Everything was clean and the one person we spoke with was very friendly. The Light in the bathroom near the pool needs to be adjusted. It turns off to soon and you get stuck in the dark. The switch is on the outside of the bathroom so it doesnt detect motion to turn back on. The showers need more hooks to hold clothes/towles

Passing thru in Class A motorhome. New site, very well maintained, RV pads are concrete and very large. Will stay again.

Very uneven grounds which makes leveling RV difficult. Not that great at accommodating changes. Asked to be moved and instead of giving me something equal to what I had already paid told me only premium pads were available (more money) yet park was empty. And WiFi did not work, luckily have personal hotspot for trip

Facilities are very nice but the sites are sloping so much that it took a while to get the trailer level. Also hard to see where to turn in at night. Needs signage or something.

Very friendly staff. Clean park with a nice little swimming pool and play gound for the kids. The park is quiet and the staff friendly. This is our second time staying here and it was great both times.

This was our second stay at the Bryan Holiday location and again, it did not disappoint. Friendly hosts, good neighbors with a little rain. We did enjoy our stay and will be back.
