This place is the best ! All of the staff are great and make you feel at home staying here. Beautiful pool (which my daughter loves) and super clean showers and restrooms. My advice is to pass all the other campgrounds up and stay here at KOA.

Wonderful people at the front desk . Even had a screw up with my card (which was my fault) . She messaged me very kindly about it and I went up front and made sure my payment went through. This is an awesome, amazing, and relaxing place to stay. Pool is wonderful. Laundry and showers are top notch. Grounds are nicely kept. I highly recommend staying here!!!

Great new clean park. Owners super friendly and very easy to work with. They worked with our schedule and made everything seamlessly smooth. Best KOA we have ever stayed at.

Nice new facility, friendly Hosts, nice pool and area! Would definitely stay again! Only down side is the premium spots (easy in easy out, close to amenities) need more vegetation or noise abatement from Highway 6, so much traffic and truck noise at “ALL” hours of the day and night make for having a conversation or peaceful sleep beyond difficult.

I really enjoy the deluxe cabin and the peacefulness on the site. It is a very beautiful place, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish there was access to the campground activities on site after office hours, or if the office could be opened a little later to have time to play horseshoes, cornhole, and the connect 4 game. All in all it was a great experience and I will be coming back.

Up and coming camp with fantastic owners. Bring your leveling blocks! This is I think the only full concrete site we've had to do significant leveling on. I was a little concerned about road noise but the trees along the roadway help with that and it wasn't an issue. They have plans for future improvements which I think will help - more shade at pool/playground/dog park areas. We will come again!

Thank you so much. Due to the elevation of the park we had to make the sites a little slanted so save from flooding. we now have umbrellas by the pool after loosing 3 in storm. we will definitely work on more shades

This was our first time going to a cabin and we had a great time! The cabin was clean, roomy and we enjoyed our stay there. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We will be back soon!

Very nice new campground. Only a few people there and no trees, but each space is well done. Pool is excellent. Grass is still coming in but will be real nice once fully grown

Was great overall - park is new so a work in progress. Drive in is very dark when in a class A, maybe some light at the row entrances. A light over the space number range at end may help. Map should show what side of space services are located to make sure drive in is correct. Bathroom/showers need a bench and maybe a floor mat was a little slick. Pool was great, maybe an umbrella or two for shade

we have been going back and forth with the lights. Originally lights were on till 11 PM but guests said its too bright. we will work on light over #range. we had mats but also removed due to suggestions. we lost 3 umbrellas due storm, More are ordered. we will sure work on ur suggestions and improve

Good location Cabins very clean, pool was awesome the kids had a blast swimming and check in and check out was smooth and easy. Employees very helpful. All and all we had a great stay. We will be back.

Your sites are too unlevel and the weeds need to be mowed

The park is very pretty and convenient but the parking pads are not level and we moved our motor home 4 times before we could find a spot that our motor home’s auto levelers would work. The error message was extreme angle.

New facility and is in a great location . Sites need to be more level. You would have thought that a new construction would have been laid out better! The sites are too close together and access lanes are not very wide either. Could not help but run in the mud and once it’s filled up it will be nearly impossible to get a large coach into their spaces. But the staff and office area is impeccable

Brand new with the impression it is unfinished. All concrete but not level. Plastic stand pipe completely vertical (strange connection procedure). No cable. Still months away from grass. Good stall, easy access vw to B/CS.

This is a brand new KOA which opened in May. This is one of the best KOA facilities we have enjoyed. The owners and staff are very accommodating and made efforts to meet all of our needs. We highly recommend this KOA to anyone visiting or passing through the area.

This park opened 2 weeks before our stay, upgraded us to a better spot than reserved, because they had not yet set-up Military discounts yet. The pool was amazing. Even though they were still working on the park, not all the vegetation had not grown in yet, mud every where. The staff was very helpful and happy to welcome us in, it was a great visit. We can not wait to come back for another visit.

This KOA is brand new and already very nice. It will be spectacular when complete. The owners and staff are wonderful to work with. Perfect spot for Aggie weekends!

Very friendly staff. Clean park with a nice little swimming pool and play gound for the kids. The park is quiet and the staff friendly. This is our second time staying here and it was great both times.

This was our second stay at the Bryan Holiday location and again, it did not disappoint. Friendly hosts, good neighbors with a little rain. We did enjoy our stay and will be back.
