Clearwater / Lake Tarpon KOA reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by Clearwater / Lake Tarpon KOA, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Clearwater / Lake Tarpon KOA may use the photograph/video in publications or other media formats produced, used, or managed by Clearwater / Lake Tarpon KOA, including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, social media platforms, and/or electronic marketing campaigns, etc. A person attending a Clearwater / Lake Tarpon KOA event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer and/or the event organizers". Not valid on existing reservations.
