It was a last minute need for a place to stay the night. The facility was clean and the person I talked to on the phone was very helpful. I was roadtripping and didn't have exact plans so each night I needed to find a new place to stay. One camp host told me about how to book a tour of the caves, which was helpful.

Check in process very smooth. Host took us to our site, asked if everything looked good for our stay, and asked if we needed anything. Campground was clean and very well maintained. A+++ experience!

Easy access, friendly, clean, organized, large sites - easy to park… all good, except no shade. Consider planting some larger trees at 1/3 to 1/2 of your sites over the next couple years so you can offer shade options during the summer.

Hosts were fabulous! Very friendly and accomodating while we were in a tough situation with our tow vehicle being repaired. The campground is very nice and very clean.

What a lovely camp host. The site was absolutely gorgeous and the new facilities were stunning. Only complaint is the lighting around the sites during the night was too bright, or that could have been the ginormous full moon.

We do have solar lights throughout the campground that provide nighttime lighting and we keep them low as to not interfere with campground ambiance. We will turn a light off when one seems particularly shiny in someone's RV window, so don't hesitate to ask. The moon can be bright, as well!

We were treated well and greeted enthusiastically by the staff. This park is a work in progress so it may seem lacking but it is headed in the right direction. I hope the owners continue to develop the property as it would be a great place to stay if you are planning to see the Oregon Caves or even venture down into Northern CA to the Redwoods.

This is a very nice new park! The owner was very helpful putting us in a spot so our awning provided shade, as it’s new and the trees are small!

We loved the proximity to Oregon Caves National monument. Both the host and the owner were very nice and professional while being super friendly. We loved the bathrooms! Everywhere at the campground was super clean and well organized. The only thing we could hope for would be cooler weather. We went in mid-july.

The camp hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The camp was clean and quite. The only draw back was the lack of shade until the trees mature. Lots of places to get in the water to cool off, as well as for your dogs. We even got ice delivered to our camp site !!

Everything was great. Driveway in and out of the park is a little steep. If a rig is leaving and one arriving there could be problems on the sharp curve going up.

Good location for adventuring to the local area, being that it's a newer site, landscaping is minimal, but you can tell that they have put in a significant investment into infrastructure. Customer service was great, only "complaint" was the light pollution from thier overhead & panel lights that took away from the Stargazing, a must see in this part of Oregon! But understand the security needs...

Staff is great! It is a new park so the trees need to grow a bit. We had a lot of fun on some day trips to the river and down to the redwood. Got to watch the staff install a glamping tent while we had morning coffee.

I believe this is a new RV park so amenities are in the process of being put in but the overall park was good with nice, clean bathrooms and laundry room. We would definitely stay there again. PS the staff was helpful and friendly too!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice park but it could use a few trees (we understand it is very new). Individual bathroom / showers were very nice compared to may other KOA campgrounds we've been to. Could use a better equipped store but it is very close to town so that wasn't a problem. Overall it was very nice there.

Level sites, well-maintained. Super nice hosts! Very convenient but surprisingly quiet no road noise. Only suggestion is to put some grass in the dog park. The sand can get pretty hot. Great campground.

For a new KOA, Cave Junction does not lack service. The staff went above and beyond, even offering after-hours on-call. The showers were extremely clean and had nice water pressure. The only real downside was the lack of shade at the sites, which is a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience we had at this campground. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The roads between each site is too narrow. When I was pulling my septic cap out of your pipe the pipe came apart because it was never glued I had a heck of a time separating them.

While I recommend any seeking overnight or week long stays, to go to this KOA location in Cave Junction. * However we have had to evict several of our long term tenants for distribution of drugs, domestic violence, including theft or personality traits with threats of disturbances, which fall outside our already established park rules. I only wish the manager at the KOA was more receptive when I've tried to alert them of these individuals, rather than being brushed off saying they will keep an eye on them. These individuals all have been made known to law enforcement, and in my opinion shouldn't be allowed in the Cave Junction community for safety concerns. (We have also been informed that the dog trails are full of Poison Oak, and some of the undesirable individuals we have mentioned, are bragging they go back there to use the laundry facility there). We now are more capable in doing a better researched background check on our future tenants, but I really wish we had a better communication system with our fellow camp hosts, when it comes to undesirable individuals that mask themselves to hide in plain sight. We have stayed at many KOA's across the States, and have always enjoyed the amenities in our stays. KOA will still be our recommendation to the folks we cannot provide for short term stays.

The facilities and office is a lot smaller compared to other KOAs. Not that it matters to me but it was strange to see lol. I believe this is a new location, it looks it. Clean bathrooms. Hookups work properly. Pretty area. Not too many shaded spots. Spots are long and nice.

Super nice facility. Probably the nicest campground bathroom I've ever seen. Extremely clean, modern and spacious. The camp hosts are incredibly hospitable. It's a newer campground, so not a ton of shade, but the grounds are very well kept. We looked at other places nearby and ended up staying 2 nights here. Can't say enough about how awesome the camp hosts are!
