Lovely owners! Very kind and helpful. A group of us traveled long distances to get there and they were kind enough to register us after hours. The location is brand new and we look forward to visiting again!

Darrin and Heidi are great hosts. They are building a very clean, friendly camp area that is conveniently located near Redwoods and Oregon Caves National Parks. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Cave Junction KOA is Un-finished. When completed I believe it will be Very Nice. I do think there should be a little more "Green" (Grass) in the plans but understand that takes allot of water and care in the Hot Climate. Roadway is nice with plenty of room. All sites look to be level, but I do think there will be some Very Soft areas when the rain comes. Wi-Fi Internet Needs Work !!!!!

We wish we had known you had difficulty connecting to our WiFi during your stay to try and troubleshoot with you. We have a high speed fiber optic network and receivers throughout the park that offer reliable connection at all our sites, so we may have been able to help you resolve the issue.

New KOA, so bathrooms are very clean. No shade yet since they are all new trees. No grass in KampK9 or any sites. Sites are spacious though with wide travel ways for easy access.

Brand new campground. Shade is still growing in but the location is great and the owners are awesome. Sites are super level and everything works. Beautiful location.

We showed up early and was allowed o check in early. Luckily it wasn't very hot because it is a new campground and there is no shade. It was wonderful to be able to sit outside and have a breeze.

Heidi was so nice! The bathroom/showers were amazing, the sites are huge, and we loved the big open sky to watch the stars.

it was very new and owners welcoming and good amenities! I though pricey but may be what most pay for a night. We often boondock so surprised us.

It’s a new park just opened. The owners were very nice. We stayed in a tent site which was very very nice. Flat. Soft. Had water and electric on each site.

Stayed 5 nights with my two kids….new KOA was nice large spots. Nice shower facilties. The camp hosts were so nice and helpful.

Very new KOA. It was a great stay. Close to a lot of places to have some good adventures. The owners are extremely nice and welcoming. I would go back for sure.

Beautiful clean campground. So many great attractions close by. Loved being out of the hustle and bustle of crescent city. Highly recommend driving the short distance from the coast to stay here!

This is a brand new KOA that is going to prosper. It’s located just minutes from downtown but you wouldn’t know it. The 360 scenery with mountain views are awesome. The KOA is not finished, no shade, pool or hiking but when complete this is going to be an excellent place. The owner is very personable, friendly, and a great source for local excursions. I would highly recommend a stay.

We absolutely loved this campground and extended our stay. Very nice large sites that are very level. Most have good views. Facilities are very clean. The owners are the nicest people and very helpful. We look forward to returning and seeing how it looks in a couple years when it’s fully developed. Great place to stay!

The owners are wonderful people. We enjoyed our visits with them both. The camp ground is very clean. With it being new, the lack of trees for shade was a downside for us but our over all experience was one we will always smile about �

New park. Easy access and parking. Clean and tidy. Nice to have picnic tables. Spot for kids and family to play. I would recommend more grass instead of bark on islands - kiddo got a lot of splinters. I look forward to the “trail” being more opened - it had a lot of poison oak. Super nice owner that is working hard to get things in order. Convenient location! Would stay again.

Great convenient campground for those visiting the Oregon Caves. We needed an early check-in to make our cave reservation, the host was great in accommodating us. Thank you! No privacy because this is a brand new campground. Once the trees and plants grow it will be nice.

We had a very pleasurable stay. The hosts are great people and are willing to assist you with anything they can. This place is very new and they have done a great job. The facilities are top notch and very clean. If we are in the area again we will be sure and stop over. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you are headed to the Oregon Caves. Very convenient.

We stayed a week in May the camp host is very friendly our spot was perfect nice and big for our 42 foot motorhome. The bathrooms are very clean, my grandsons loved the play ground. We are coming back.

This KOA is newly appointed and is still under construction for items like swimming pool etc. We are excited to go back to see the changes next year. The camp host/owners are extremely helpful and go out of there way to make sure you are enjoying your stay. Bonus was the telescope for evening viewing including a bon fire with s'mores during our stay. Location is good to several attractions.

This is a new KOA. The owners/hosts are very kind, and have an excellent customer service mindset. Family sized bathrooms are a big plus. We’ll definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful campground with lovely, friendly hosts. The location is much needed in this area, as it is accessible to the national and state parks and Oregon caves. Newly opened, there is work that the owners are dedicated to completing. We would not hesitate to return for a more extended stay. KOA family — let’s support this campground! Thank you!

While I recommend any seeking overnight or week long stays, to go to this KOA location in Cave Junction. * However we have had to evict several of our long term tenants for distribution of drugs, domestic violence, including theft or personality traits with threats of disturbances, which fall outside our already established park rules. I only wish the manager at the KOA was more receptive when I've tried to alert them of these individuals, rather than being brushed off saying they will keep an eye on them. These individuals all have been made known to law enforcement, and in my opinion shouldn't be allowed in the Cave Junction community for safety concerns. (We have also been informed that the dog trails are full of Poison Oak, and some of the undesirable individuals we have mentioned, are bragging they go back there to use the laundry facility there). We now are more capable in doing a better researched background check on our future tenants, but I really wish we had a better communication system with our fellow camp hosts, when it comes to undesirable individuals that mask themselves to hide in plain sight. We have stayed at many KOA's across the States, and have always enjoyed the amenities in our stays. KOA will still be our recommendation to the folks we cannot provide for short term stays.

The facilities and office is a lot smaller compared to other KOAs. Not that it matters to me but it was strange to see lol. I believe this is a new location, it looks it. Clean bathrooms. Hookups work properly. Pretty area. Not too many shaded spots. Spots are long and nice.

Super nice facility. Probably the nicest campground bathroom I've ever seen. Extremely clean, modern and spacious. The camp hosts are incredibly hospitable. It's a newer campground, so not a ton of shade, but the grounds are very well kept. We looked at other places nearby and ended up staying 2 nights here. Can't say enough about how awesome the camp hosts are!
