The Cave Junction KOA was great. Campground hosts were friendly and very helpful. The brand new “glamping tent” we stayed in was cool too. It added a neat spin on traditional tent camping (and was especially appreciated when it started to rain unexpectedly). Thank you KOA for another great experience!

Good location for adventuring to the local area, being that it's a newer site, landscaping is minimal, but you can tell that they have put in a significant investment into infrastructure. Customer service was great, only "complaint" was the light pollution from thier overhead & panel lights that took away from the Stargazing, a must see in this part of Oregon! But understand the security needs...

This is one of the best KOA’s that I have ever stayed in. It is quiet, immaculately maintained and has great friendly service.

Staff is great! It is a new park so the trees need to grow a bit. We had a lot of fun on some day trips to the river and down to the redwood. Got to watch the staff install a glamping tent while we had morning coffee.

They really need to provide more shade for tent campers. I understand there are limited options with trees, but buying a bunch more umbrellas or something would make this much more tolerable in the summer. Without shade the tent spots are pretty hard to bear. Saw at least one family cancel on sight. Hosts were great.

I believe this is a new RV park so amenities are in the process of being put in but the overall park was good with nice, clean bathrooms and laundry room. We would definitely stay there again. PS the staff was helpful and friendly too!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice park but it could use a few trees (we understand it is very new). Individual bathroom / showers were very nice compared to may other KOA campgrounds we've been to. Could use a better equipped store but it is very close to town so that wasn't a problem. Overall it was very nice there.

Level sites, well-maintained. Super nice hosts! Very convenient but surprisingly quiet no road noise. Only suggestion is to put some grass in the dog park. The sand can get pretty hot. Great campground.

For a new KOA, Cave Junction does not lack service. The staff went above and beyond, even offering after-hours on-call. The showers were extremely clean and had nice water pressure. The only real downside was the lack of shade at the sites, which is a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience we had at this campground. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The roads between each site is too narrow. When I was pulling my septic cap out of your pipe the pipe came apart because it was never glued I had a heck of a time separating them.

Very nice and new KOA. Lots to do in all directions. Trees are young so not alot of shade but it works OK. Hosts are so friendly and helpful. I'll be back.

Our host was very accommodating. A new facility still has some finishing touches but very nice. I would rather have better lighting in the laundry room as it is a cinder block building without windows once the door closes you feel closed in but new and clean.

We wish we could have stayed longer to visit the town and caves. It was beautiful area, campground was clean and hosts were very friendly and helpful!. It was reasonably priced, especially for KOA! It was close to the road but that made it easy to get to.

Nice level sites. Staff overwhelmingly friendly and helpful. Laundry room needs something to hang clothes on though. Definitely a return

Neighbors were nosy and rude no one including the owner leashed their pets and honestly I feel that we were held at an unfair expectation and told we could only leave a few times a day as a renter I should be able to leave whenever I want definitely would not recommend this place to anyone

Great people and super clean and well designed park. A pleasant stay. Close to Redwood National Park and Oregon Cave National Monument. Only 25 miles to large shopping area in Grant Pass.

Very new campground, clean, and the couple checking us in were very friendly. Nicely landscaped. As their trees and shrubbery grow, it will be even nicer. The beautiful lighting fixture in the family bathroom/shower room is stunning!

This is a very new KOA, and still has a lot to do before they have everything built and usable. But we loved it here! Everyone was really nice and easy to work with. Campground and facilities were kept so clean, I hope to see this KOA after it has grown up! It will be totally amazing Bathrooms, showers and laundry were the cleanest I have seen yet. We could not have found a better place to stay

This is a new campground, still in development. The sites are short and pretty close together. Interior roads are really narrow and when someone has a truck parked in their space, it makes it difficult to drive down them. There are giant rocks on end sites that can be difficult to maneuver around. Bathrooms and laundry were really clean. The check in hosts were great!

Thanks for staying with us! Our shortest site is 49' and most of our sites are between 65' to 78' in length, and accommodate RVs of all sizes. Our boulders throughout the campground protect our landscape, but roadways offer plenty of turn radius for even large RVs.

Friendly staff, check in was super easy, with paperwork completed in advance with Wifi, bathroom and laundry room code and they even escorted us to our campsite.

While I recommend any seeking overnight or week long stays, to go to this KOA location in Cave Junction. * However we have had to evict several of our long term tenants for distribution of drugs, domestic violence, including theft or personality traits with threats of disturbances, which fall outside our already established park rules. I only wish the manager at the KOA was more receptive when I've tried to alert them of these individuals, rather than being brushed off saying they will keep an eye on them. These individuals all have been made known to law enforcement, and in my opinion shouldn't be allowed in the Cave Junction community for safety concerns. (We have also been informed that the dog trails are full of Poison Oak, and some of the undesirable individuals we have mentioned, are bragging they go back there to use the laundry facility there). We now are more capable in doing a better researched background check on our future tenants, but I really wish we had a better communication system with our fellow camp hosts, when it comes to undesirable individuals that mask themselves to hide in plain sight. We have stayed at many KOA's across the States, and have always enjoyed the amenities in our stays. KOA will still be our recommendation to the folks we cannot provide for short term stays.

The facilities and office is a lot smaller compared to other KOAs. Not that it matters to me but it was strange to see lol. I believe this is a new location, it looks it. Clean bathrooms. Hookups work properly. Pretty area. Not too many shaded spots. Spots are long and nice.

Super nice facility. Probably the nicest campground bathroom I've ever seen. Extremely clean, modern and spacious. The camp hosts are incredibly hospitable. It's a newer campground, so not a ton of shade, but the grounds are very well kept. We looked at other places nearby and ended up staying 2 nights here. Can't say enough about how awesome the camp hosts are!
