CAMPGROUND POLICY & NATIONAL GUIDELINES FOR STAYS We follow the KOA National Cancellation Policy unless otherwise stated for groups or holidays. If you reserve a site for multiple days and decide to cancel some of the days, you must cancel those days either 7 days to arrival for RV/Tent sites or 14 days prior to arrival for kabins and RV retntals. If you cancel days when checking in you will be charged for days reserved. Kare Camp Big Weekend, Memorial Day weekend, July 1-7, Labor Day weekend, KOA Customer Appreciation weekend, and group/reunion reservation deposits are non refundable.  KOA Reservation/Cancellation Guidelines Guarantee your Campsite To guarantee your campsite, a deposit equal to at least your first night will be charged to your credit card at the time you make your reservation. Make your online reservations anytime, day or night, at KOA.com. You'll receive a confirmation email from the campground once you complete your reservation. Need to Cancel? If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 800-562-3298 before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable. RV & Tent Sites: 7-day cancellation notice is required. Notify your KOA by 4 p.m. seven days before your scheduled arrival. Lodging and Accommodations: 14-day cancellation notice required. Please notify your KOA two weeks before your scheduled arrival.  Kabins and RV rental units may have special deposit and cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA campground location when making your reservations. VKR VIP Cancellations: As a benefit to our most loyal guests, the $20 cancellation fee is waived for all VIP VKR members, if they have cancelled within the guidelines. GROUP cancellation policy: If you cancel 30 days prior to your arrival, a $50 fee will be charged.  If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, you will forfeit your entire amount paid. Reservations made after these deadlines require non refundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits. Holidays and special events may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with your selected KOA for details. Refunds for early departures policy:    NO refunds or rain checks for early departures. NO REFUNDS OF ANY TYPE ON HOLIDAYS OR HOLIDAY WEEKENDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES IN RV SITES OR LODGING UNITS. Not valid on existing reservations.
