Wonderful stay, staff and facility met all our expectations, would definitely stay at this KOA again when in the area!

The stay was mostly good. We used our Site as a base camp to visit the area. The only draw back of the facility was the campground permanent resident who called himself a employee and had a shouting match with a couple who I guess were driving above the 4.5 mph speed limit. He was screaming at the people that because they did not slow down they were getting kicked out. Very unprofessional.

Our 2 night stay was very nice at this convenient location to the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff & Sedona. Very friendly staff, nice camp store & several clean family bathrooms.

I was really impressed with the inventory of the items that this journey KOA offered … ice, ice cream, …. The only problem was the bathroom … dirty , ugh it was awful … they had along maintenance people I guess was not their priority …

The park was clean and well maintained. Some of the facilities could use some updates…e.g. better chairs in the laundry. This park is about an hour from the Grand Canyon and we thought it was a bit expensive.

We enjoyed our restful night there before reaching Grand Canyon. Having a BBQ there was the utmost. Thanks I highly recommend the place and its price �

The level of unprofessionalism displayed by one of the workers towards the people in the campsite next to us was unacceptable. The worker chased the people down with his truck yelling that they were driving too fast and then when another worker showed up at first he was going along with kicking the people out. The campground had horrible water pressure and we could not take a shower in our camper

Location was perfect, grounds and facilities were kept clean, store was stocked well. John and his partner (sorry, I forget her name) we’re fabulous! Only complaint would be that the sites are not level and leveling is difficult. Could be corrected with some simple regrading.

After staying in the KOA in Tucson which was fantastic, the KOA in Williams was a let down. The hot tub was not available and after a long drive, I was really looking forward to it. The store was nice and had what I needed and the staff was friendly and helpful.

5 night stay to visit the Williams area. Site 83 fairly level, FHU, low water pressure,. Easy checkin, no issues during stay, staff very efficient and friendly.

The location was convenient to the Grand Canyon park and other sites nearby. I was dismayed, however, at the severe unevenness of the site and the woefully low water pressure at the hose bib. It was 20 PSI. The site was so sloped I couldn't use the auto leveling and had to level manually. The front landing gears were near fully collapsed while the right rear tires were off the ground.

Welcoming and friendly staff who, upon inquiry, recommended an outstanding option to see the Grand Canyon; Dave’s Canyon Tour who picks you up at the KOA, providing a day-long tour to the most scenic stops with walking paths (lunch and refreshments included). Highly recommend this KOA!

We used the stay as a base camp for the Grand Canyon. It was almost an hour away, but suitable. We were gone all day each day and just returned to eat dinner and sleep. Excellent in every way that impacted us. I wouldn’t chose it to spend much time in — not much here, but great as a base. Very helpful managers. We’re likely to come back.

Although we did not stay there because of a high wind advisory I cannot recommend this park highly enough. Our Aliner camper is susceptible to high winds, so we opted for a hotel in nearby Williams AZ rather than risk setting up in gusty conditions. In the meantime, I canceled, uncanceled, then canceled again due to our uncertainty of the forecast. The lady I spoke could not have been nicer. We stopped in so I could apologize in person for the confusion I caused, so we got a chance to view the campground. It is lovely,and well-maintained. I'm sorry we were unable to stay there; but, the prospect of tropical storm force wind gusts forced us to make other plans.

We don't usually use KOA for camping. We are "roughing it" campers, but we needed full hookups for this trip. We were very surprised at nice this KOA really is. The size of our space was very good. The amenities for our camper worked great. The campground is clean and offers all of the extras like a playground for the kids, tent camping spots, and nice looking cabins. Even though it's close to the road, it's far enough off that we didn't hear a lot of traffic. And it is a reasonable drive from the Grand Canyon. I highly recommend this KOA!
