Pro. They serve breakfast(pancakes, eggs, bacon)7-9am and dinner(burgers,steak,chicken). It's clean. The laundry room was good. It's flat and clean. Con: The put me in a spot to small for my truck and camper. The campground is dirt and small rocks. Lots of dust. They wanted to charge me $60 to move me. I made my reservation in January. You knew I was coming and had opposing slides. Didn't matter.

We have stayed at Flagstaff KOA many times. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. But the 4 vs 5 stars is because now their tent sites do not all have chip/mulch tent pad even though it is a feature on their reservations. I only discovered this on a one night stay when I had to pound tent stakes into hard ground. On our stay a week later I asked and was changed to a slot with a pad. Be aware.

The park seems run down and could use a clean up. Pull thru sites aren’t suitable for larger rigs because of narrow roads and huge rocks at the end of sites making pulling through to leave difficult.

Exceptional stay at the KOA Holiday Flagstaff! The staff was courteous and helpful. We had a beautiful tent site (202) with water and electric. Which was close to the bathrooms and the kids area. We will definitely be returning! Wonderful time!

Great staff! In charge and on the ball! Site was literally dirt! No gravel, no mulch…dirt! If it had rained I would Not have been able to back in, or rig up at 70yo in the mud. Should have stayed in Williams, great place!!!.

Able to fit me in short notice. Only complaint, they let someone have a fire pit going hi winds burning some noxious wood until 5 am.

Warm welcome upon arrival. Super-clean bathrooms and laundry room. We were stuck in Winslow due to I-40 closing for a terrible accident. Called the KOA to let them know we would be staying in Winslow for the night. They refunded our night! We were not expecting that at all! Made a challenging day much better! Highly recommend.

I've stayed at this KOA a few times over the last few months while traveling through flagstaff. The staff has been amazing ! Very professional and always have had a smile. It's special when they remember me from previous stays. Camp is well maintained and the store is well stocked . Thank you to all

We rented an rv because we are moving from Ca to Ar and have 5 pets. Have never stayed at a KOA but always heard great things from “real” campers. Flagstaff KOA not only met but exceeded what we expected from a campsite. Bathrooms/showers were CLEAN, RV sites were great and we had no problem doing all the necessary hookups for a 50amp site. Out of room, darn. KUDDOS FLAGSTAFF KOA!

A very pretty campground filled with mature trees, very quiet and well maintained. A friendly welcoming staff and we love your 8 to 8 hours being open. One of our best stays anywhere!

Nice campground. Very hard to get into off of highway due to no left turn arrow and traffic very heavy. We had to run the red light. We were in a 42 ft motorhome, going into camp site was easy but getting out was tight due to tree and large rock on left side of road. Staff were very courteous.

I came in from work 10 pm. A truck & camper was parked in our campsite. I knocked on the camper & told the lady 'who I never saw' that they were parked in my site #55. She yelled out from her camper that she was not moving. I tried calling Park security, as I wasn't sure what to do, with no luck. I took a chance, decided we'd park in #54. It worked out ok Our stay was good.thank you! Tammy V

Unfortunately this campground is very poorly maintained …shockingly especially for the price we paid…grass tall everywhere, roads in terrible condition, camping spots so close to each other it’s uncomfortable …probably the worst ive ever stayed at. In dire need of maintenance and grooming. I will say the women in the office were very nice tho

Pros-nice front staff, great onsite store for essentials & alcohol, some trees for shade, dog& kid friendly. Mall, Safeway, Circle K & gas choices across the road Cons- super noisy from road traffic 24/7, spaces are small so little privacy

Nice area with access to beautiful hiking trails. Many dirt sites were not level and interior roadways need work.. Restroom are very good.

Extremely quite and very clean showers/bathrooms. The roads are in need of some work and it’s definitely older property but because of the age, massive pine trees giving it its beautiful.

Nice park but in need of some maintenance but instead of making more new sites how about getting your current sites level and easier to get in and out of for big rigs. Other than that very clean and great views.

Pretty campground. We would stay here again. The Sundry is very nice. The only downside is the showers are not clean. At first we thought they were just old but when you get closer you see months of soap scum.

The ladies working the front desk were so wonderfully helpful! I came to stay with my little family of 4 and they made us feel so welcome! It seems like good customer service is rare nowadays, but you guys GOT it! :) thank you so much!!

This is our go to place either going east or west on our trips...but we have never seen this place SOLD-OUT. Because of the outlander event nearby. Close for getting to Grand Canyon south, Sedona not that far, and it's a college town too!

Nice bathroom and has a stop light entrance/exit. Kind of small stalls/ but not a big deal
