KOA Reservation/Cancellation Guidelines:

A deposit for your first night will be charged to your credit card when you make your reservation. You'll receive a confirmation email once you've completed your reservation.

Need to Cancel? Please call (800) 562-1878 before these deadlines to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. *All cancellations will incur a $10 cancellation fee:

Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

• RV/Tent Sites: 48 hours required Notify your selected KOA by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival date.
• Kamping Kabins: 7 days required Notify your selected KOA one week before your arrival scheduled arrival date.
• Specialty Lodging: These lodgings may have special deposit and cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA Kampground location when making your reservations.
• Holidays and Event Weekends: may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with your selected KOA for details.

Campground Cancellation Policy: THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING SNAKE RIVER PARK KOA & WHITEWATER! Check in is after 11:00 AM for RV and Tent Sites and 12:30 PM for Kabins. Check in AFTER 11:00 AM for RV and Tent sites and 12:30 for Kamping Kabins.All rates based on 2 PEOPLE- $8.00/ per person over the age of 5. Maximum of 2 VEHICLES per RV site or 2 Room Kabin. Maximum 1 VEHICLE per Tent site or 1 Room Kabin.** Parking is limited. There's a $10/per night fee for extra vehicles and $20/per night fee for extra trailers. Additional vehicles/trailers are NOT parked at your Kampsite. BRINING ADDITIONAL VEHICLES/ TRAILERS IS DISCOURAGED. No TENTS allowed on RV sites or Kabins. NO RAFTS OR RAFT TRAILERS ALLOWED.

We offer 10% off ALL RIVER TRIPS BOOKED WITH US. We have whitewater, scenic float, and combination trips that depart from our Kampground. The whitewater trips in the Grand Canyon of the Snake River are Class III rapids. Choose from going in a STANDARD RAFT or our smaller 8 MAN RAFT. Our minimum age is 6 years old, making these trips very family freindly and always a vacation highlight. Our scenic river trips can take you into the Snake River Canyon OR give you magnificant views of the Tetons. All combo trips include lunch.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: A 48 hour notice is required for cancellations on RV and Tent sites (by 4:00 PM two days prior to arrival). A 7 day notice is required for cancellations for Kabins (by 4:00 PM seven days prior to arrival). A $10 processing fee per site/kabin will be asses

Pet Policy: Four-legged Campers Are Welcome!

Some visitors enjoy sharing the pleasures of camping with their dogs or cats. To ensure that all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience, KOA has established some guidelines.

Before You Go:

• Call ahead. Check with the campground about its specific pet policies. Some don't allow pets in Kamping Kabins, for example, or may have limited pet units. Others don't accept particular breeds that insurance providers have identified as having a history of aggression.
• Bring your helper.Service dogs are welcomed at all KOA Kampgrounds. (Leash and aggressive behavior rules apply.)

When You Arrive:

• Good behavior is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners.
• Bring the leash. Dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside their owners' vehicles or rental units. Do not leave a tethered dog unattended.
• Remember manners. Constant barking bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you'll need to find other accommodations.
