Tortilla Soup

Ingredients: chopped onion, fresh jalapeno peppers (chopped), cloves garlic, minced, vegetable oil, 14 oz. cans stewed tomatoes, 10 oz. cans tomatoes and green chilies, ground cumin, 10 oz. cans beef bouillon, 10 oz. cans chicken broth, ground red chilies, fresh cilantro, 10 oz. cans tomato soup, water, flour tortillas, cut in 1/2" strips, 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Trisha's Tasty Taco Salad

Ingredients: ground beef or turkey, iceburg lettuce, large bottle of Catalina Salad Dressing, medium or large bag of tortilla chips, bag of shredded taco cheese, bag of shredded sharp cheddar cheese, packets of taco seasoning (mild or spicy), crushed red pepper (to taste), jar of salsa, sour cream, sliced black olives

Tropical Carrots

Tuna Pasta Salad

Ingredients: Dry pasta, Onion (chopped), Bell Pepper (chopped), Sweet pickle relish, Boiled eggs (diced), Small cans Albacore white tuna in water, Celery flakes or 1/4 cup diced celery, Yellow Mustard, Mayonaise (maybe a bit more just before serving), Sugar, Vinegar Juice from sweet pickles, Salt & Pepper
