Ingredients: oz. fresh or canned crabmeat, chopped onion, lemon juice, all purpose creole or cajun seasoning, 8 oz. package neufchatel or cream cheese, softened, plain yogurt, chopped parsley, grated Romano or Parmesan cheese, Tabasco, Tapatillo or other hot sauce, to taste
