Welcome to the Jackson Hole and Snake River Park KOA, the gateway to an outdoor paradise that includes Jackson Hole, Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, Bridger Teton National Forest, and the Snake and Hoback Rivers. We are thrilled to offer deluxe cabins overlooking Horse Creek, camping cabins that overlook the Snake River, and RV and tent sites shaded by aspens, cottonwoods, and giant spruce trees. Our brand new deluxe cabins include full bathrooms, kitchen/kitchenettes, flat screen TV, gas BBQs, and patios with campfire rings. Our bathrooms are newly remodeled and feature private, individual changing and showering rooms. Enjoy guided whitewater rafting or scenic float trips that leave directly from our office and will surely be a vacation highlight. For staying with us, you get a 10% discount off all river trips, horseback riding, wildlife tours, covered wagon steak dinner rides and fishing trips. Yet another popular activity we offer is tubing! Rent a tube for the whole day and float right down to the KOA beach. A great number of area activities include fishing the Snake River, hiking the Wind River Range, soaking in Granite Hot Springs, or visiting the National Parks. The shops, galleries, and restaurants of Jackson are just a 10-minute drive north.

Scenic River Trips
A relaxing ride with stunning scenery!
These trips offer great opportunities to spot wildlife, learn the history and geology of the area, and enjoy calm waters- without a dash of splash.
Bring your camera, your binoculars, and even the little ones- who could become a Junior Guide!

Horseback Riding
There are three companies that are right in our neighborhood that have great horseback riding trails.
No previous experience required. All offer 1 hour, 2 hour, half day, or full day rides! The A OK Corral,
Jackson Hole Pack Trips and Trail Rides, and
Mill Iron Ranch.
All offer a variety of times and durations on their trail rides. Please give us a call and we can give you more details.
Fishing Trips
You can fish right off our campground or close to the area. You could also ask us who we recommend for fly fishing guides in the area.

Grand Teton National Park, about 30 miles north.
Snake River Canyon, about 15 miles south.
Teton Pass, about 20 miles northwest.
Granite Hot Springs, about 20 miles southeast.

Whitewater River Trips
Journey down the class III intermediate trip with great scenery, calm stretches and fun rapids! Two of the largest rapids include Big Kahuna and Lunch Counter! Choose between the 8- Person Raft for an adventurous thrill, or the Standard Raft which is a great option for parties with different comfort levels.
If you decide to stay with us at our campground we offer 10% off our trips!
Hiking / Biking / Climbing
There are great Trails close to our campground. There are places we can point out to you on a map and a variety of difficulties.
Feel free to call and ask us, or stop by the Lodge and ask.
Tubing
You can rent Tubes and Stand Up Paddle Boards from our Lodge! We recommend a great 4 mile stretch that's relaxing and brings you right back to the campground.
We provide the life jackets, and straps to attach to your car, all you have to provide are the smiles and laughs!

Steak Dinners
Your evening will involve a covered wagon ride through Buffalo Valley to an isolated Aspen grove where you’ll experience one of the best rib-eye dinners this country has to offer. Dinner will be followed by some toe-tappin’, true cowboy entertainment. Castagno Outfitters’ covered wagon cook-out dinners are known for having small groups and big steaks…just the way it should be in Wyoming.

Swimming
Even though we don't have a pool on the property there are still a bunch of options on how you can stay cool here at the campground! You can enjoy a quick dip in the Snake River, right from the edge of our campground, soak in a nearby Hot Springs Pool, or slide down into an indoor pool at the Recreation Center in Jackson.
We also offer an elite group the privilege of joining our "Snake River Swim Team"! We can show you where these activities can be located and how you can become a member! Just ask our friendly front desk members.
Sightseeing Tours
Enjoy a dawn tour or a dusk tour with Brushbuck Guide Services through Grand Teton National Park. BrushBuck’s wildlife experts will drive you through their wildlife viewing hotspots, which may include sightings of grizzly and black bear, eagles, elk, bison, wolves, pronghorn, and moose. This tour is filled with history, park landmarks, and world-famous scenery. Don't forget your camera!
Local Attractions
Snake River Canyon
A short drive down through the Snake River Canyon is one of those scenic roadways. You drive alongside the Snake River, there are places to turn out and stop and marvel at the scenery. Don't forget to see the rafts go through Big Kahuna or Lunch Counter.
A turnout allows you to watch the rafts go through the 2 largest rapids on the Snake River for the whitewater rafting!
There's also great fishing, hiking, and climbing sections.
Snow King Ski Area
A scenic Chair Ride, Alpine Slide, and Miniature Golf, all in one location! Not to mention some hiking trails and mountain bike trails. Snow King resort offers great views and a wide variety of activities for your stay in Jackson. Fun for all ages!
And just a few blocks west of Snow King is a Giant Maze which will grab the little kids attention. Ask us to point it out to you on a map!
Art Galleries/ Museums
There are beautiful galleries in Jackson, most within walking distance of each other in the downtown area. Artistry that includes Photography, Oil Paintings and Sculpture are just to name a few. There is also a National Museum of Wildlife Art, located just North of the town of Jackson. Where there's always something new to discover!
Yellowstone National Park
Established in 1872, Yellowstone National Park is America's first national park. Located in Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho, it is home to a large variety of wildlife including grizzly bears, wolves, bison, and elk. Preserved within Yellowstone National Park are Old Faithful and a collection of the world's most extraordinary geysers and hot springs, and the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone.
Grand Teton National Park
Located in northwestern Wyoming, Grand Teton National Park preserves a spectacular landscape rich with majestic mountains, pristine lakes and extraordinary wildlife.
Teton Village
The Tram is the most popular attraction at the Village. An enclosed box that takes you to Grand Views of Jackson! Teton Village is the home of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, which is the largest ski resort in the winter. There are shops, restaurants, hikes, and kid activities (which include a rock climbing wall and a trampoline).
Western Shows
There are plenty of Western Shows that will give you an abundance of options for a good Ol' fashion western show! Whether it's an outdoor setting in a barn or in a auditorium environment. There are shows out here for you to enjoy! Some shows include the Bar J, Town Square Jackson Hole Play House, and the shoot-out show at the Town Square!

Jackson Hole Rodeo
The Jackson Hole Rodeo is held every Wednesday and Saturday night at the Teton County Fairgrounds. From Bucking Broncos to the half time show of the kids chasing some sheep, it's a great time to spend some laughs and applause with the family!
Bird's Eye View
You can attain a different view on Jackson Hole from the sky with a Hot Air Balloon Ride or a Thrilling Tandem Paragliding Flight.

Downtown Jackson
Downtown Jackson is home of the Antler Arches, Million Dollar Cowboy Bar, and the famous Wort Hotel. There is also lots of shopping! You'll find everything from clothes to huckleberry jam. There are just too many gifts to choose from. There is also a nightly entertainment scene, and restaurants galore!
