The WiFi really needs updated

The site was small. The fire pit was in the street. And the grass was not cut. The bathrooms were clean and washers had two of them broken. Needs a little work.

Very friendly KOA! We wish we could have stayed longer but we had to head home. We’ll be back for a longer stay next time.

The staff was very friendly. Restroom/shower are very clean. Just one thing, the RV electrical hookup box-site 66 the 120 volt outlet did not work and the socket was melted and needed replacement. These RV electrical hookup boxes need to be inspected monthly for safety concerns.

Very quiet 2 nights here. The sites are nicely spaced for privacy, we had some shade. It is very convenient to US81 and gas stations. Beautiful country around Lexington.

This is one of the loveliest KOA we've stay in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, Everything was very clean. We look forward to a return visit one day.

We met family and played in the pool, did the crafts, and generally met a lot of nice people that worked at the campground.

We only stayed one night and was passing through. Very nice campground, we used the pool and it was very relaxing. Very hilly but we had someone escort us to the site. Everyone was very friendly and nice.

Absolutely LOVE how the engineers designed the new sites with concrete, table, grill, staggering the sites, fences, and trees. Everything was very clean and well cared for. ALL staff members were very kind and courteous. Highly recommend will return.

Our deluxe pull thru was very nice. The very bad thing was the WiFi. We were unable to connect most of the time. I think you should take the high price of our stay and upgrade the WiFi network, especially nowadays when most people can’t even breathe without it. Also, some of your roads need widening and maintenance. But we enjoyed our site and the staff was very nice.

David, one of the campworkers, was fantastic! He gave information about the area, places to see and recommended restaurants to eat, which was great information to get us started on our 5 day getaway! I only gave 4 stars because the grass hadn't been mowed in awhile and our dachshund picked up a hitchhiker before we left (tick). Otherwise, beautiful campground, close to alot to see and do!

We stay here every other year on our way to/from The Outer Banks from Ohio. We love this spot. Quiet, cozy, and well maintained with plenty to do for our kids. This year we noticed some cabins actually had more amenities than others which was disappointing to us. Some cabins had additional outside seating (two chairs) but ours did not..we were not able to bring our own so we were disappointed!

It was the most beautiful campground I’ve ever seen. We loved our rustic cabin. The bathrooms were immaculate. The grounds were immaculate. We will be back in October and Michele was amazing.

Very rude people who worked there. Squished in like sardines. Parking area in tent camping area was washed out and very unsafe to park. Rv campers treated the tent area as a dog park. Police drove through at 1:41 am and shined spotlights in everyone's tent. Illegal warrantless surveillance. Tell Barney Fife to get a real job and stop harassing the campers.

Nice park, lots or remodeling and upgrades going on which make a great park even better. Enjoyed chatting with the people in the office. Facility was clean, warm and inviting

The site I was placed on was level and clean. The bathrooms were very nice and included washers and dryers for camper usage. Very nice campground as well as great organization for check in.

So, spring for a commercial Starlink internet connection. At the prices you're charging, I think you can afford it. Cheaper than building a bunch of new sites. Site 9 is way off level and needs overhead branches trimmed. As is, only good for a short tent. 17 is marginally level, for a very short wheel base rig. Someone needs to inspect and repair chain link around Camp K9.

It was very peaceful here and the campground was beautiful and well taken care of. The facilities were very clean and I really liked that they had washer and dryers on site. We booked ahead so the check in process was very smooth. They had our name on a booklet with directions to our campsite with all the info we would need during our stay. We would totally stay here again!

It was very convenient for our one night stop on our way to Gatlinburg. Our site was very large and had great amenities, grill, seating and table. Very updated. The kids playground was extremely outdated and run down. Very sketchy and honestly I didn't feel good about letting my granddaughter play on it. Looked as if they are in the process of renovations but maybe playground should have been first.

All I can say about this KOA is wow! We've stayed in KOA's (and campgrounds, for that matter) all over the US, and this is by far one of the cleanest and quietest. I made two reservations - one for my parents and one for us. The campground called me because they noticed we were traveling together and asked if we wanted to change our site types so we could be next to each other. We were only staying one night, but that was great, because we were getting in later than my parents. We got in a little after 9:30 pm and we were promptly greeted by a friendly employee who knew our name and escorted us right to our site. The premium sites are large and very accommodating to bigger vehicles. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we were just passing through. I wanted to take a dip in the beautiful pool that I saw on my way out. We'll definitely come back, and would encourage others to do the same.
