We enjoyed our stay very much. The office staff were very polite and helpful. We had difficulty connecting our cable tv. Miguel, KOA host was a assisted and made the connection. Due to the severe storm warnings, we moved to the storm shelter to wait out the storms. We were very glad it was available. Thank You.

Never saw an employee. Hard to get into my spot. Had to make a really sharp turn going thru another spot to get to mine. Grass hasn’t been mowed in a while. Poor cable service. Good dog park.

Very clean, nice place to stay. Staff was super nice. Did not think much of Dodge City however. If you think Boot Hill Museum caters to Gunsmoke, 0 Gunsmoke memorabilia!

Convient place for me to stay visit family and friends! Bathrooms and showers are clean. Love the secure dog park.The grounds were not mowed and the trash was over flowing. The location not the most convient to find.

The grass hadn't been mowed in weeks. The trash cans were full and spilling over. When the grass was finally mowed , the grass clippings were not blow off the pavement. Weed eating needed to be done. The shower house in the rear of the campground was locked the entire time. We won't be back, won't be recommending your park. Definitely not upto KOA standards. Very disappointed

This is a nice KOA. It does need to be mowed and trimmed badly. They used to pick up trash from the trash cans around the park now those trash cans are overflowing with trash

Great campground. My kids are grown but this would be great for a family with little ones due to the water park next door. The park was close to local attractions. Walkable in most cases.

This campground has really gone down hill. The location is great and it has so much potential. It looked like it hadn’t been mowed in weeks, one set of restrooms were out of order, one hydrant was just running and couldn’t be turned off, buildings missing siding, many site markers had fallen over. Too bad this location isn’t being taken care of.

Over all nice camp ground with great facilities. Staff was kind and helpful. Enormous dog park. Grounds need work, sites not mowed and need cleaned up. Trash laying around, picnic table warped and unusable at our site.

Previous visits were pristine. This visit we had 2 ft tall weeds and 1ft tall grass surrounding our gravel site and covering the rest of the site. Very unpleasant for hooking and setting up especially wearing shorts in 86 degree weather. Was explained that maintenance man had an emergency, but like any other business, an owner, another employee should have jumped in. Not worth the $ this stop

No hot water in the shower, weak wifi, while the location is great, within walking distance of the water park and downtown, and the huge dog park, these two deficiencies really killed it for me.

Staff was very friendly and informative. Concrete pads, and plenty of room on each site. Lots of attractions close by. Staff appeared to be shorthanded and grass areas were overgrown.

very nice place very plain, just a place to stay while we did the tourist thing. The bathrooms were spotless and taken care of. the grounds were well maintained. Reception at the desk to check in was efficient.

Miss Campground has a huge dog park. There is hardly. Any shade. And the zoo that used to be there is completely gone. There’s a train track just behind the park.

Close to downtown, Boot Hill Museum, which is worth visiting. We enjoyed the dinner theater as well at Boot Hill. KOA staff were friendly. Nice showers. Grounds were not well kept, but ok. Not much for shade, so summer could be hot. For kids, the water park is close which could be a nice plus, as it is super nice.

Miguel was wonderful and had great suggestions for dinner. He was kind, curtious and extremely helpful. Good food withing walking distance and if yoi have your dog with you can let the really stretch their legs in the huge dog park. It is definitely on my "ilIwill stay here again" list

No one was present at the office upon arrival 3 hours before end of office hours. Trashes were overflowing in all sites, restrooms although generally clean had overflowing sanitary bins and the men's room had a few stalls at the end surrounded by a large puddle of water. Felt generally unsafe in site as non KOA individuals wandered through sites and there was no sign of on site staff.

We attempted to contact u several times durning your business hours and no answer. We self checked in and the next morning went to the office. The lady at the office was very helpful and very nice.

They don't maintain the park well enough. It's starting to get kind of shabby looking. The front desk staff is great.

Some of the showers were cold and some were not. There is a constant background noise from the highway through town but earplugs take care of that problem. The grounds were clean and the people friendly.

Compared to other KOAs I have been to this one was one of the worse. Only have the bathrooms were available and they were not very clean and none of the paper towel holders worked. At 1:30am there was a very loud group that came to the office and being vulgar and down right scary. Office staff not available until 10am on the weekends. People are up and ready to go before then.

The office manager was excellent. The grounds were not well maintained. Dog poop on several sites. The patrons are the issue not cleaning up after their pets.

I stayed for three months. Miguel and his family were great hosts, very friendly and my cabin was perfect for a busy, working person from out of town on an interim job.

Not enough staff.. sites needed mowing, bath rooms locked not working, water spicket needed repair However the person at check in was most accommodating and gave us longer site due a mechanical issue we were experiencing

Very friendly staff member at check in. Offered all the info we needed to know. Campground was well kept. You can't do anything about the odor from the cattle yard outside of town. �

I stayed here while traveling for work. The tent sites were well-maintained with electricity, so I was able to use my hotplate instead of relying on my gas stove. I greatly appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities and the on-site laundry room. The sink in the laundry room was also a bonus, as my camping sink was stolen at the last RV park/campground I stayed at.

Was disappointed with the condition of the park. Grass and weeds high in all the lots. Stayed here before and was always in good condition. Showers always bad. Took three cycles to get to warm water. Water flows across floor so no dry place to get dressed. Great prices on laundry and great store. The use the cities dog run, which is about 2 or 3 acres.

The staff is very friendly, campground and bathrooms are well kept. Close to town. There is a park and water park very close. We biked to the park. Highly recommend the Home of Stone and Trolley tour.

Stay was ok. Only issue I see is people from neighboring park racing thru campground on atv's after staff leaves due to campground not being secured after hours. Also people wandering around can get into restrooms.
