We had a wonderful time! Thank you all so much for your hospitality! We especially enjoyed the cleanliness and well maintained grounds. The store/restaurant is wonderful and we really enjoyed the petting zoo with your goats and sheeps. Thanks so much! We will be back!

Initial welcoming was from Kevin. Awesome customer service. Guides you to your site and even helps with backing up. My husbands brother and sister-in-law were camped next to us, right on the waters edge. We enjoyed the animals in the pond, great food and visiting. Cleanest bathrooms, showers and laundry! Really enjoyable visit for 4 nights.

We stayed 1 night at the campground with full hook ups. The staff was able to change our site due to the 50 amp not working. It was nice to be able to have a shady spot as it was a hot day. We camped in early June and on a Thursday so the park was not full. I would not have enjoyed my stay if it were crowded as the sites seemed very close together.

Spots are close together and price is a bit high for the amenities. Washers and dryers cost $3.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The grounds and facilities are super clean. The only drawback (wish is out of anyone's control) is the mosquitoes!

We enjoyed our stay at Bernie Falls Hat Creek KOA. The campground was very clean and quiet. Many of the sites are located next to a small pond. The camp host are friendly and helpful. The camp store is well stocked. We are looking forward to coming back.

Very pleasant stay. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, the pond serene, and the showers wonderful (the best of any campground we’ve been to). Highly recommend!

I like it. Stroger wifi thru out park would be nice and cell ph.service. In the showers,which were clean I would like to see chair and shower wand for us disabled folk

Overall the cabin was fine with very comfortable bed and bedding. Heating system ineffective; I informed management. Also, since cellular service doesn't exist, a stronger wifi that reaches to the Interior of the park would be very desirable. I'm probably alone on this, but as a dark sky advocate, I'd like to see those white lights turned off or made amber.

Great campground. Perfect base camp for fishing and hunting the surrounding area. Clean facilities and big camp sites. Best part about the campground.... No cell service!

Brought the grandkids for another visit to the Burney Falls campground it has become one of their favorite spots. The catch & release lake is a wonderful thing to have, the kids caught a beautiful trout then released him for someone else to hopefully catch as well. The playground is always a big hit and gets a lot of use from them. Definitely planning more trips with them here.

The campground is nice, but there is no management or control over other campers. Just walking right through your camp had items stole from our camper running everywhere all hours of the night yelling and nothing was said.

The staff was amazing ,super friendlyand helpful! Sites were clean and well kept.The only downside was that it was quite a trek to the washrooms from the far tent sites,and the wifi was spotty,the washrooms were spotless though!

It was just one stay, but the area is beautifull in the forests. Quiet location, but did hear an occsional truck ramble dow the road.

Great quiet location. Big pine, cottonwood trees offer lots of shade. The wifi didn’t work, but we chose to be disconnected so it didn’t matter. Very accommodating. Will visit again!

Just passing thru so we did not have much time to enjoy the park, its quite nice and in a great location to stop back in for the future travels.

This was our first time staying at Koa Holiday hat creek. We had amazing service Kelly at the front desk was helpful, friendly felt like family. All staff were personable 👋 make you feel at home. We stayed in our motorhome 35ft nice space full hookups, showers and bathrooms were huge extremely clean well maintained. My kids are 1 year old and almost for year old and park was great, they have there bikes and loved all the cement to ride and walk around

Nice campground. We went on a holiday weekend so it was very full and rv sites are pretty close together. Very clean. Heads up- the wifi only works by the office/store. We didn't need it, but if you do need it, that would be a problem. Laundromat was clean, but $3.00 for a wash and $3.00 for a dry. Washers are small. Fine for clothes, but blankets wouldn't work. The dryer gives you 45 minutes for your $3.00, but our load of towels and jeans wasn't dry at the end of the 45 minutes. Other than those things, it's a great campground. Catch and release fishing at the pond, a game room, petting zoo, playground. About 20 minutes from Burney Falls. Worth trying again.
