We re located to Oklahoma and use KOA to stay at in our trips to the PNW. We find the staff friendly and helpful. This park would be our 12th on this trip.

We have not camped in years and decided to camp at Burlington KoA. This is a beautiful park, very well maintained and clean. We found staff to be very friendly and willed to help us enjoy ourselves. We will be back soon!

We were provided adjacent cabins for family (2 brothers) visit. Cabins are spotless and comfortable. Level picnic tables for cooking :-) Campground is quiet, impeccably maintained. Friendly staff. Location; birdsong, frog-song, rushing creek. The birdsong especially brilliant. We have already recommended to others and will return.

When ever we are travelling to USA we book your facility as it cuts down on our drive time to the next KOA It is in a convenient location to where we can get items for our trip. The staff are very nice and the facility is very well kept. We will continue to visit your facility. Dave

Park was clean enough but management charges for everything they can. Our Grandkids which we have not seen almost a year where charged 10 dollars a piece and 5 dollars for the car for a total of 25 dollars for a 2 hour visit. These prices were not in the folder or readily able to be seen anywhere. Park was at about 15 percent capacity might say something about the management. Fireworks at dark

Sorry you were disappointed in our visitor policy. It is posted in the office as well as on the website. The capacity of the park has no bearing on any policy/rules. Fireworks were at a neighboring property. Sad that they stayed only 2 hours since their pass was good until 7 p.m.

We always have an Awesome time every time we go. We never want to leave. Sunni and Howard are doing an Awesome Job with this KOA!!!! One of the Cleanest and Safest KOA!!! The Ladies in the office Ruthie and Carol always are Very Helpful and Courtesy. Larry the Maintenace worker is always willing to help you in anyway needed!!!! This is a Very Family Friendly campground lots for kids to do �

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The grounds were lovely and staff worked hard all day long keeping it that way. Beautiful, tucked away KOA is a GREAT place to stay! We will definitely be back.

We stayed 2 nights. Indoor pool is ok, water is too cold. Jacuzzi out of order. Very nice play structure for the kids. Very quiet place overall. It’s not too far from home for us, we were testing a new rig.

Eric stayed up until 12:30 am to let us into the campground (due to our late arrival because our ferry was delayed). We really appreciated his great customer service!

We had a pull through slot. The place was well maintained and well laid out. Lots of things for kids to do. Only downside was that they charge if you have any friends try to come visit.

Fun as always. Good dessert and Breakfast offered. The weather was a bit cold so they had to cancel the foam party and the hot tubs were under repair. The family had a great time as always.

Camping here has gotten more expensive and less fun. Hot tub is out of commission for the rest of the season already. Breakfast doesn't have any vegetarian options. They don't let you charge EV - not through the pedestal, not through your RV, or even any building outlets. Either they don't understand how EV charging works with the right adaptor and amp setting or simply being cheap.

This KOA has lots of activities and is very clean. Ruthie is an absolute delight. We already have our next stay booked and are looking forward to staying here again this summer.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Campground is spotless and washrooms are very clean and well maintained. This KOA has many amenities for family enjoyment and is definitely family friendly. We always enjoy our stays at the Burlington KOA.

We were only disappointed that the hot tub was broken down again. Seems to be an on going thing. Otherwise a wonderful place to enjoy our family camping weekend! Very clean and love the staff!!

Absolutely amazing campground. We have stayed at many KOA and private campgrounds in the last 13 years. This one checked all the boxes. Beautiful area, landscape, clean facilities including bathroom and showers. We will be back!

The campground is wonderful and clean. My biggest complaint is how expensive everything is. Guests are charged to simply drive in to visit- $10 per PERSON AND $5 a car. So if they are simply coming for lunch- they are paying to get in the door. Makes more sense to charge a simple $5 fee for the pool. Then there's $5 for golf, $5 for 30 mins bike rental, $16 for a bigger bike....too expensive

Thank you for answering the phone after hours, giving us directions to your campground, and opening up to welcome us. Thank your campground for having KOA signs on roadway. We only saw 3 signs after driving Ontario to Washington. What’s with no Koa signs? Thank you for yours! Please change your program to include both names on your emails. I, should be on yourrecords and this is 2024.

It was our first time staying at the campground, and we were very impressed. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. The bathrooms and showers were super clean and well-lit. The campground's location was good, with Costco and other shops all within a 10 to 15-minute drive. We were extremely happy staying there and will definitely come back soon.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin, which was clean and comfortable. The entire property is well maintained, with a great playground, grassy area, pool and mini golf. A super fun, family friendly place to stay!

I visited memorial Day weekend. The KOA was very busy, staff was pushed to the limits with bad weather. I gave the location a lower rating due to lack of available working toilets. Would have not been nice to have a squeegee available in the shower rooms. Sometimes when the stuff is too busy because of massive amount of people, ask campers will be happy to squeegee the wet floors. The staff did great. It was a very hard weekend and I have been an employee of resorts in the past doing bad weather. I totally understand their circumstances. It's not the staff that was the issue. The weather was the biggest hurdle

Stayed 5 nights the end of May. Very clean park, well maintained. Quiet and peaceful during our stay. Friendly staff who are very helpful. Spaces are large with picnic tables and fire pits, full hook ups, and most of them are pull through. Lots of amenities for families to have a great time during their stay. Playgrounds, mini golf, swimming, bicycle rentals. Beautiful grounds to stroll around, and watch Friday Creek run through the middle of the park!
