Beautiful, very well kept up and clean campground. Very spacious and has all the things you can think of to keep kids entertained. Staff was very nice and facilities were clean. Overall we had a great time at the campground with our kids. Highly recommend this campground as we will for sure comeback to let the kids swim in the pool next time.

Was storming the morning of our checkout/pack up. We were a couple hours late leaving because of this. I was concerned I would be in trouble but no one hassled us. I guess they understood our dilemma. We greatly appreciate this. We will be back.

Very nice Campground and Great staff. Store and Arcade needs to stay open until at least 8pm. Boats and Mini golf should be included as part of stay (not an extra fee).

The place was great! Love the doggie pens, the walk around the lake was perfect, the whole place was very clean and well taken care of.

I stay at KOA all over the country, and this was, hands down, the most beautiful location that I've ever been to! I won't often be in the area, but will now find reasons to come back and bring the family!

We love the KOA and for the most part the staff is great. The workers out and about could be more friendly and approachable especially the ones that are picking up the trash.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. We had our little yorkie with us and loved the dog park areas. We stayed on one of your cabins and I must say it was super clean. We enjoyed the gas grill that was full and ready for us to use. My only negative would have to be the geese. Not sure how one would remedy that. Over time I worry they will continue having babies and kinda take over.

Charming campground with lots of activities for kids. A road that divides the campground could use the signs that flash with a crosswalk and stop sign to make the area safer for children.

Been coming for years. Great improvement since KOA purchased the camp ground. Friendly staff. We stay 9 days during Memorial Day Holiday and 9 days during Labor Day Holiday.

Lots of potential but a lot of red flags - county road running through the camp made for dangerous scenarios for families, putting bike riders and dog walkers at risk for getting run over by car. Drivers traveling to the community at the back of campground are rude. Camp store prices were outrageous and entry is not very clear so you have people unsure how to navigate to office upon arrival

The campground was clean and the playgrounds were great for kids. The activities for Memorial Day weekend that were listed on their page were not what was advertised at the campground. The campground was also sandwiched between two different private residence which lead to a lot of outside traffic. The mini golf was nice but also needed some maintenance due to ants and a lot of debris.

Great deluxe cabins.. however need to maybe include some basic cooking pans in the kitchen and a small Plunger in the bathroom as well.. Thanks

We enjoyed our stay. The grounds were clean, there were plenty of activities for our family to participate and we especially enjoyed having our trash picked up at our site. My only complaint is that the campsites are so close together. Everything else was great.

We were late check-in’s and couldn’t find our road in the dark. Called after hours # and had help in a matter of minutes. He even helped us back our camper in! Lovely campsite, clean, staff are Super friendly and always helpful! We just love this place and are planning our monthly weekends already. Hope to be a seasonal person next year. We stayed in a waterside cabin and loved it! We previously camped in our RV, which we don't have anymore, so we decided to try cabins. The cabin looked brand new, fully equipped with microwave, toaster oven, dishes, etc. They even provided linens and towels. We travel with our dog, for only an extra $25 per stay and she was welcomed with dishes, treats and a place mat! will definitely come back!

The campground is just beautiful the scenery and the mountains are just Great. All the staff were wonderful too. I would definitely recommend this place to someone who wants to get away and enjoy all the nature. ���

The creek and the lake make this one of my favorites. It’s clean. The lots are larger than most, giving ample space for each camper. There’s plenty of water pressure and the electrical supply is very modern. BROADBAND wifi is excellent for smart tv and phone! I will come back…… The only thing that can be improved is the prices in their store. You’d expect to pay more, but not twice.

This is my 3rd time here, 1st stay in the cabins. I stayed in a 1 bed cabin DC05. I can’t say enough about my experience. Y’all thought of everything, our cabin was so clean! Thanks for a fabulous getaway!

Enjoyed our stay. The only hick up was we lost internet and it never came back on from Saturday night till Sunday morning when we left. This happened after a storm went through the area. When TV is streamed and you lose your streaming it hinders what you can do, especially since we do a lot of our work on line. Very friendly, fun staff.

Sites very close together. Access road to park is not big rig friendly. Most of part is seasonal or full time residents and many sites were just "junky". Office staff just really unfriendly...so unusual for a KOA. Would not stay again.

We loved this campground before KOA ever purchased it. Since KOA took over, some things are better - every cabin is pet friendly and linens/towels are provided. We miss some of the staff who added a personal connection. Grateful for the office ladies and especially for Steve! He is the GO-TO guy! The "BOSS" Angela is MIA - never saw her - Steve makes the place! Just go - you'll love it!

We loved it from start to finish! It was a great deluxe cabin with everything we needed. Plus a great mattress! Even the pull out couch was perfect. The amenities in the kitchen were just what we needed and made the trip easier. Thank you!

We took our RV and sites could have been bigger BUT the office staff was incredibly helpful and nice! Shoutout to Steven who helped me with laundry. WiFi was out and he had the app and helped me get my machines setup! Super nice guy and ya'll should keep him as long as you can !

Simple after hours check in, cabin was clean and supplied as advertised. Laid back stress free weekend with no drama. Enjoyed the views and especially the short drive back and forth to Hiawassee.
