Had a wonderful time relaxing and hanging with our family. The kids loved renting the 3 & 4 wheel bikes. Looking forward to staying there again soon.

The gravel tent pad NEEDS to be COMPACTED!!! the loose gravel is not good for tents for a few reasons. 1) The abrasion on the tent floor makes the tents wear out faster. 2) It is not comfortable to sleep on because your mattress does not get the support it needs. 3) The tent stakes do not get the proper grip so they fall out instead of holding the tent down. 4) The Gravel is difficult to walk on.

Our stay was good, pricy for a tent site and when we had our family over it was $10 per vehicle per day which comes off as greedy. Also the restrooms and showers were not kept clean.

Our visit was great. The only complaint is that the bathrooms were very dirty including toilet paper all over the ground and shower floors were very muddy. Staff is AMAZING!

Bathroom showers were dirty. Hair laying in shower drains and sink area not clean. Dog park could be larger. Lots of area outside dog fence to expand.

It was perfect. There is a spot for every kind of camper to stay. Loved watching kids out playing and not being on electronic devices.

Paid for a deluxe did not receive. Walked over the bridge where it was not full and saw a much nicer deluxe space. It was also quiet which we did not experience on our side as we had loud Hispanic neighbors that partied until 9:50pm and walked through our site to get to the public restrooms. Overall disenchanted and disappointed with our entire experience at steamboat koa

The spaces are very close together near the dog park, no privacy, however the staff was amazing! Friendly, helpful. The laundry room and bath houses were clean and the location was perfect! We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

We had an amazing time fishing and enjoying the view!! Staff is friendly and accommodating, facilities and properly is clean and well maintained. My kids enjoyed The miniature golf and bike rentals. We will definitely be returning next year. Thank you!

Office staff was friendly and showed you to your site. This is the perfect campground to go to eat or to the hot springs. Would stay here whenever I come out west again.

The friendliest staff I have ever encountered! This one should have been a 5 but they didn’t bother to clean off the patio/ dispute furniture on the concrete patio.

Everything was great. Our only suggestion is it would seem very appropriate for the new deluxe sites across the bridge….a shower building would be extremely convenient. Thank you for asking!

With the "upgrade" to the KOA, there has been no discernable improvement to the original side of the campground. SO, why the dramatic increase in cost?

Nice campground. Will be better when the grass fills in around each campsite. Was a little muddy. No heat in additional bathroom. Very friendly people.

Thank you for your kindness on what turned out to be such a sad vacation for us- with having to euthanize our dog who had bone cancer. We found such comfort in our camp spot, but most of all, with your staff. You all are fabulous. We’ll be seeing you again. Who knows, maybe even with a new puppy. Take care, Natalie & Noel ♥����♥��

We arrived 1 hour early. The campground was empty. We have been KOA members for MANY years. We were told we could check in early for an additional $25 plus tax. It was already an expensive stay. I reiterate - the campground was EMPTY. We have been traveling by RV since 1999 - we have never been treated so poorly by any campground, particularly any KOA.

Absolutely beautiful campground. My site was right on the river; babbling brook put me right to sleep. They called me before I arrived to see if I had questions and explained the after hours check in process. Great service.

Clean well maintained park. Lots of grass.Close to town but away from the congestion. There is a public bus stop in the park so you don't have to drive to town.

Stay started ok the first night. The weather turned bad with heavy snow predicted on Rabbit ears pass so we decided to cancel the next night and get over the pass before we got snowed in. But since we were 20 minutes late we were charged for the next day. Seems like you are unwilling to work with people so we are unwilling to work with or recommend you.

Our stay was wonderful! The only problem was the heater in our cabin didn’t work properly, it worked ok the first night but our second night we turned it off for safety. We were glad we brought extra blankets,it was chilly. At check out I told them at the desk and they said they were sorry and she wrote it down and moved on. We love coming but will definitely be more cautious before booking agai

Place was under some renovation work at the time, but was still a pleasant stay. My complaint as a dad traveling with two young children is always going to be the number of toilets they have in the men's room. It is just not enough when your three year old daughter is with you waiting on men occupying them.

I've camped all over the country. This is a great spot… tons of activities for kids. The river is great for fishing and can be seen pretty much throughout the whole campground. The deluxe sites are legit, with a brand new Weber and clean patio + chairs and table. Definitely be back…

This is a sweet spot in Steamboat Springs right next to the Yampa River. The campground is well maintained with a lot of trees and green space. Although we didn't use them, the cabins looked really nice--some even having large grills and firepits. There is bike service into town and bikes to rent also. This makes a very comfortable place to stay when enjoying Steamboat.
