Baked Potato in a Can

Bar-B-Que Bean Bake

Ingredients: ground beef, bacon, large onion, chopped, mustard, molasses or 1/2 cup brown sugar, pepper, 16 oz. cans red kidney beans, with juice, 16 oz. cans pork & beans, with juice, 16 oz. cans butter beans, drained, ketchup, bar-b-que sauce, salt, chili powder

BBQ Pitas

Ingredients: thinly sliced beef or pork from the deli, cut in 1/2 inch strips, barbecue sauce, thin slices smoked cheddar, Swiss, or Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers from the deli, cut in half, large pita bread rounds, split crosswise to form pockets, alfalfa sprouts, tomato slices and/or sliced dill pickles
