Beautiful, clean, spacious, and well maintained campground. WiFi could be better as we had issues streaming and water pressure was a low. Staff was EXCELLENT and friendly. New pool and all the activities were a hit with our girls. We’ll be coming back in the near future!

Wow! It’s been years since we have stayed here! The park improvements and growth are wonderful. Our site was one with a cement patio with lovely landscaping and furnishings. Site was long enough for our 45 ft motor home with tow vehicle. Staff very friendly. Park very clean. Love what you’ve done to the place!

My only recommendation would be to have the laundry room open later in the day. When we were there the hours were 9-9. Sometimes the only time we have for doing laundry is later at night. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay, it is a beautiful park.

Lots of noise from ambulances/fire trucks/jets but quiet otherwise. Wish the dog park had more to it.

This was our second stay and we had a great time. Two things that really stood out for me was how clean the campground was and how friendly everyone was. I wish there were some activities for the kids but we did come at a slower time of the year. The pool area was a hit! We will definitely be returning! Thank you!!

I do love your pool. Great to have a heated pool to swim in during our stay! Many other campgrounds have no heated pool.

Love the grounds. Golf cart rentals. Pools are amazing. Camp store is fantastic. Plenty for adults just in case you don’t want to leave the grounds. Three doggy parks. Lots for children to do. Great camp ground especially if you don’t want to leave the grounds and you can definitely enjoy everything they have to offer. Staff is cool. Bath house/showers and toilets are clean around the clock.

We enjoyed our stay. The campground was clean and well cared for. Plenty of areas to play games for the family and the staff is very friendly. The rain shower heads were amazing and the bathrooms were very nice. The jets overhead were louder than expected and quiet time was not really enforced. There were a lot of golf carts that were driving pretty fast through the empty space next to us.

I don't think I can fit everything into a 400 description. Put us in an unsafe spot for a 2 and 7 year old. No enforcement of speed limit. Very dangerous. Cars and e-bikes going way too fast. Worst site in the park with no consideration. Constant noisy landscaping. Constant jet noise not accurately described on website. Went until 10pm. Huge road lights shining directly into our site. So much more

The pool, playground, jump pads, and hammocks/firepits are GREAT! Customer service is not their specialty- leaves a lot to be desired in that area.

Beautiful sites, it was a little cold. We stopped 4 nights because of a snowstorm, 1 feet of snow on Quebec and Northern NY. We were happily surprised and will stop again on our way back next year God willing. Thank you again !!

Clean, available and friendly staff, location proximity to beach and other things good, large sites, kept things clean and replaced as needed. They were installing a new bounce pillow and landscaping pool area. Texts sent to advise of said closures and the timing expected to complete the work.

Fantastic staff, very helpful and kind. The new KOA pool is amazing and the grounds are clean. Many activities to do for a family, plus it is near the beach.

We drive a Tiffin MH 38 feet long and the check in area for this KOA is geared toward smaller rigs. There were children in the lanes on bikes/walking dogs. When we drove in we did not have the full turning radius that our rig needed. We bent our tow bar beyond repair. It will cost us to replace it. Manager Keith was very hateful to us when we complained. Children-out of control in park.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming even when we needed overflow parking for our kayak trailer on a holiday weekend! Great to see so many families out camping for Easter weekend, and especially happy that you have a big tent area! It seems like a lot of RV Resorts are getting rid of tenting, which is a shame because it's a great, affordable, way for young people to get into camping.

Overall, the Virginia Beach KOA is a smaller nice spot! We were disappointed with the limited store hours, maybe because we were a bit early in the season, but there is no assistance when they are closed. Closed at 12PM on Sunday? We ran out of propane and had to go to the campground up the road to fill, they were happy to help.

Staff friendly, our site was great Easter activities were wonderful along with an excellent pool! Our biggest disappointment was the political flag another camper was allowed to display at their campsite (felt intimidated).Our world is full of negativity and political conflicts are out of hand. Camping is our escape from media.

Staff was kind and very responsive. The campground was neat and there was SO much to do for all ages. We didn’t get to test out the pool because it wasn’t warm enough yet, but it looked great.

Virginia in the store is the best! She hooked us up with a site last min, and helped us several times during our stay. The facilities were nice, bathrooms clean, and the new pool complex looks amazing.

The location is fantastic. Staff is friendly, the sites are clean. Close to beach... AMAZING. Sites are easy to navigate with a large rig The great location close to all amenities comes with one downfall. So many police sirens. But to be expected, with the great location. Loved our stay

Great location. Beautiful clean campground, incredible new pool area with all the other activities that you would expect from a KOA. We stayed in cabin that was clean and comfortable. We were in cabin 723 and there was a previous review stating there was an ant problem in that cabin at the beginning of the April which I mentioned at the check in when we were assigned that cabin was told that the last people that checked out did not mention any problem. Now I'm a camper so ants are by far an issue with me but we did leave out something in the bathroom over night that we should have put away and there was more then a comfortable amount of ants in the sink and counter when one of us used the bathroom in the middle of the night. Again, not a deal breaker for us but others might be. We just made sure that we put away or wrapped up anything food related the rest of our stay and only saw a few here and there after that (we even extended our stay another night, 6 in all) the only thing I would really complain about was the close proximity to the other cabins in the "cul-de-sac"  area that we were in, some had more "private" patios but there were 3 cabins and their patios that were literally like 20' apart from each other, they should have reversed the entrances and patios so they didn't abut each other. (See pictures those are not my cabin they are the ones to the right and left) which again wasn't really a problem mid week because the campground was pretty empty but on Friday and Saturday nights that we stayed all the cabins were occupied. This is the only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars. Other than that pretty much five stars across-the-board! I can't see any reason that you would not have a fantastic time here and I would definitely be back when we're in the area and I will even stay in the same cabin again.

Very nice, clean campground! The staff is very friendly, efficient and helpful. There are so many super amenities. Its is located so close to so many restaurants, stores and hiking trails. Hope to stay there again.
