First time glamper. I was surprised the campsites were so close to each other. Otherwise beautiful grounds well kept, pleasant staff. Lots of fun activities for us all.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Sports Center. We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. It was great plenty of room and we were able to get in the heated pool which was nice this time of year. And we even rented some bikes to ride around the park. Definitely if I have to return to VA Beach will definitely stay again.

The cabin was very cute and clean. Every staff member we encountered was so polite and helpful. The mattress in the small cabin wasn’t very comfortable and we couldn’t log into the WiFi, but those were minor things. We would stay again!!

Had to leave halfway through had a death in family had to leave. But accommodations were very nice and clean and the park and staff awesome.

Wonderful cabin! It was not only cozy but also SPOTLESS!! My only letdown was the community gas firepit wasn’t operating. Pickleball court was installed while I was there so that was awesome! Now if you could just do something with that fickle VB weather. Chilly and windy all week! Great stay! Highly recommended!!

We always enjoy our stays here. For the time ever we had a problem with our neighbors in the cabins around us. They were playing LOUD music, talking VERY loudly & shining flash lights everywhere! I did not report it because it was after hours and we left early Sunday morning and no one was at the office. I didn’t feel like it was an emergency to call the night host.What's the policy on loud musi

Our family of 4 had a great stay in the deluxe cabins at VB KOA. The cabin was clean, neat and had all of the items you need. The campground was quiet, clean and safe for our family. The kids area is great with tons of activities !

Tv remote did not work but was quickly replaced. The ants were not good. Had to keep all food in refrigerator. Need more ant traps and area around cabin sprayed. Bed was to close to wall. Could not get out of bed without waking partner. Overall good visit

Cabin was overall nice, except we discovered cockroaches in the bunk beds on night #2. Towels are thin and not very absorbent but they did the job. Good water pressure. Like that we had basic kitchen supplies (plates, bowel, utensils, etc.). Enjoyed the fire pit on both nights and liked the activities near the general store. Staff were very helpful and the check in/check out process was smooth.

The cabin and campground was clean and amenities were great! The pool is awesome and love the activities. Registration and check out was easy and staff were friendly. We couldn’t get Wi-Fi working in our cabin despite someone trying to fix it. Luckily we didn’t really need it and could access Wi-Fi in other areas. We stayed in a small cabin. Great value for the price. The bathrooms were checked multiple times a day during our stay and were always clean. The new pool is fantastic. Great base for exploring Virginia Beach.

We have stayed at a few dozen KOAs over the years and hands down this is our top 3 for sure! The only reason why it's not number one is no fault of theirs but those planes are super loud. They even made accomodations for my medically fragile child even though we were one day late due to medical emergency. The staff was beyond amazing!

Our third stay there with our two young grandsons who live in your area. You have incredible facilities options games everything is clean and safe. It would be helpful to maybe have salt pepper foil for the grill. We don’t have a way to cook french fries or tater tots when we are there. The owners do a great job and the staff is efficient and friendly

There were a lot of ants. We called and the first day they came out. The second time we called we told someone would be out and we waited two hours, nobody came. We liked the facility and options for things to do but the pool was very cold, it was opened a week before our stay but we called to make sure it was open before heading out for our trip.

It was our first time staying and it won't be our last. Every staff member we encountered was kind and helpful. It was clean. There was a lot offered even though it was only April. The heated pools were a huge bonus!

It was excellent. I had a large group of wrestlers there for the High School National Championships. Not only was it an excellent place to sleep and etc, but they had a fun time in the campground.

Our cabin 723 had ants terrible. We had to throw food out and get new toothbrushes. On our 2nd day; while using grill fixing brunch; the lawn service started dumping and spreading mulch; literally throwing mulch on our lunch. We ended up having to go purchase lunch. I'm not a complainer and don't enjoy it; but common curtesy goes a long way. Unfortunately; our much anticipated getaway was not what

May not have done enuf research, but I didn’t know that there wasn’t any stove to cook on. ���� I think it would be good, even to just have a burner on the grills outside. It would help to make the trip more affordable!!!

I only have 1 complaint and that was that the bathroom floor in our cabin had major water damage and we were afraid it was going to give away at any point. So we just used the shower building up the road and my daughter broke her arm in 2 spots on the pillow jump pad so just be careful. Our kids had a blast and were so sad we had to leave. All the staff were so nice. We will be back.

Cabins were clean, my family had so much fun! Only thing we didn’t love were the jet flyovers… those were cover-your-ears loud and continued every few minutes throughout the day, past sunset even. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful campus and we would visit again…

Really great, we all loved it. We loved that the pool was heated and the kids could actually use the amenities even in spring. The easter festivities were also a big hit. We loved the petting zoo and duck derby. We've told all our friends that the VB KOA is where to stay.

Was a little disappointed in our cabin. It was our 5 visit and always had the same cabin. This cabin was much smaller, or layout was different. No sink in kitchen, just felt so much smaller.

Very close to the beach and restaurants and other tourist destinations. Very quiet. We had quit a few ants in the cabin. We did not have a stove to cook on during the rainy day, but we did have a microwave. Very outdoor recreation area.

The location is fantastic. Staff is friendly, the sites are clean. Close to beach... AMAZING. Sites are easy to navigate with a large rig The great location close to all amenities comes with one downfall. So many police sirens. But to be expected, with the great location. Loved our stay

Great location. Beautiful clean campground, incredible new pool area with all the other activities that you would expect from a KOA. We stayed in cabin that was clean and comfortable. We were in cabin 723 and there was a previous review stating there was an ant problem in that cabin at the beginning of the April which I mentioned at the check in when we were assigned that cabin was told that the last people that checked out did not mention any problem. Now I'm a camper so ants are by far an issue with me but we did leave out something in the bathroom over night that we should have put away and there was more then a comfortable amount of ants in the sink and counter when one of us used the bathroom in the middle of the night. Again, not a deal breaker for us but others might be. We just made sure that we put away or wrapped up anything food related the rest of our stay and only saw a few here and there after that (we even extended our stay another night, 6 in all) the only thing I would really complain about was the close proximity to the other cabins in the "cul-de-sac"  area that we were in, some had more "private" patios but there were 3 cabins and their patios that were literally like 20' apart from each other, they should have reversed the entrances and patios so they didn't abut each other. (See pictures those are not my cabin they are the ones to the right and left) which again wasn't really a problem mid week because the campground was pretty empty but on Friday and Saturday nights that we stayed all the cabins were occupied. This is the only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars. Other than that pretty much five stars across-the-board! I can't see any reason that you would not have a fantastic time here and I would definitely be back when we're in the area and I will even stay in the same cabin again.

Very nice, clean campground! The staff is very friendly, efficient and helpful. There are so many super amenities. Its is located so close to so many restaurants, stores and hiking trails. Hope to stay there again.
