Rented a cabin for the weekend. Clean, well equipped, pet friendly and comfortable.

Everything was great as always! Very friendly staff, and clean bathrooms! Only issue was we reserved 606 and 605 cabins last year for this year, when we arrived we got 605/604. We talked to the campers at 606 they said that just called that Wednesday at that spot was re-opened that it was reserved for the Shriners. It would have been nice if we were notified of the changes.

I really enjoyed my stay at KOA. The people were nice and helpful. The staff was very accommodating. The cabins were clean and furnish with all the appropriate needs. All of the amenities are within walking distance. All around a great place to visit.

KOA Virginia Beach has many excellent amenities and is conveniently located just a few miles from Virginia Beach. Unfortunately, our cabin had an awful ant problem. I talked to the office staff (Andrew & Kym) twice with no apology and little resolution other than to finally send a worker with a can of Raid, which we continued to spray throughout the week.

We recently stayed in one of the cabins as we waited for our new house to be ready and it was an all-around wonderful experience. The cabin was clean, the campground itself was very well kept and clean, and there are so many fun amenities. In fact, my mom is coming from out of state to visit and has a reservation at the KOA in the coming weeks due to our recommendation! Thank you VBKOA staff!

Our cabin was amazing. Clean, comfortable and exactly what we hoped for. Every member of the staff was helpful and kind. The facilities and activities made for a fantastic family vacation!

campground and cabin all very nice and clean. staff was extremely friendly and quick to come over and fix anything needed. only problem was our cabin did not have any hot water therefor we had to bring the children to the bath house to shower which was a huge reason why we paid for the deluxe cabin. I should have called the night we noticed to see if there was anything they could do.

The cabin was in a perfect location and beautiful view. The interior was beautiful. Loved Pocket Park and played several games. The pool was awesome even though the heat was not working. We had so much fun! It would be nice to have a little more comfortable seating inside the cabin during cold rainy stays. Along the same lines would love to see a place for indoor games like Pocket Park.

We always enjoy our stays at the KOA. The cabins provide us room and privacy while also having access to all of the amenities. We like the ability to grill and eat in, instead of having to pay to eat out at a restaurant when we are in town. We look forward to our next visit.

Andrew was not very friendly once arriving. Very blunt, to-the-point comm style w/no smile. Not once. Every other person behind the desk, smiling. Very off-putting.(Same exp at check out.)The cabin was very nice. Suggest diff types of mounted lamps, like ones that you won't bump your head on. Wifi needed reset at 5a, couldn't work as planned. Will no longer be able to stay extra nt in the future.

We went there to watch birds (ebird.org) throughout the area. We found what we where looking for plus so much more! Saturday night we enjoyed Great music at the camp ground and the food truck was Awesome!!!!

Everything was lovely and communication was great. Fun atmosphere, food truck and live band on Saturday. Felt at home even though I was traveling by myself with my dog. Stayed in one of the cabins, comfortable with nice outdoor space to extend living are. Would highly recommend.

The shower curtain was moldy and the pool was cold. They have a heater but didn't turn it on, I jut cannot understand that.

Cabin was very nice and well equipped, campground was clean cabin was clean band on Saturday night was great campground has really improved since I was there about 12 years ago. I stayed at travel park for the Labor Day weekend and will not stay there again to noisy. Kia has made a lot of nice improvements. Only problem I had was shower was way to hot then ice cpld

Absolutely perfect stay. Late arrival and our keys were ready for us when we got there. The cabin was cute and cozy. It was such a wonderful place and we will use this campground first before any other place.

Our cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We hated leaving but are already looking forward to coming back next year. We will never stay any where else when visiting Virginia Beach. Thank you KOA for the incredible stay!!!!!

We were very happy with the cleanliness of the cabin. The friendliness of the staff was off the charts! We did however have issues with the water heater we could not get our shower to be lukewarm it was always too hot or too cold and there seems to be ants coming up from the sink. But other than that it was excellent and we plan to come back!

As usual it was an awesome stay the only thing I have an issue with is the tent site I was given 288 is not big tent ��� friendly lots of rocks and tree roots which wasn’t ideal for my mother in law who has mobility issues. But other than that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We stay at this KOA every year and always enjoy it. The kids loved the new lazy river and pool. ��

The sofa Cama was very uncomfortable and it almost damaged my back during those 2 days. That's the only thing because the other amenities were very good besides the rainy weather. In general I love the beach so I enjoyed everything related with.

The staff was so so helpful in many ways! And so many of you working together and seeming to love it there as well. We stayed in a Cabin and it was very comfortable and close to the bathhouse. I love also that everyone seemed to have dogs!

Super clean campground landscaping is like a picture in a magazine spotless bathhouses pools were always crystal Clear so many activities definitely would not leave the campground for any reason there is nothing I can say to praise this campground enough the guys that clean the bbq grills take so much pride in their work &able to see after cleaning they actually used a white cloth To shine clean!

We come here once a year we love this location so much! It is conveniently located near the beach and you can take the trolley directly to the beach. The staff is always polite and accomodating. The cabins are always clean and nicely stocked with your basic necessities. (The beds could be softer though. ) will continue to come back.

Wife and I went to this as our first KOA, was a very friendly and inviting experience. We stayed for 3 nights and the staff was very friendly with a slight miscommunication. Has a great paw site for our furry friends and has plenty of cabin options with many different styles. Everyone was very friendly.

The location is fantastic. Staff is friendly, the sites are clean. Close to beach... AMAZING. Sites are easy to navigate with a large rig The great location close to all amenities comes with one downfall. So many police sirens. But to be expected, with the great location. Loved our stay
