The registration process was very easy, staff members very friendly. Grounds are well maintained. Enjoyed the outdoor games, clean showers and restrooms. Enjoyed the Saturday night band and a surprise bonus was the air show at NAS Oceana featuring the Blue Angels. Great location.

The KOA brand can learn alot from Keith manager of VB KOA. His staff truly represents his vision of customer service with the campers in mind. We have visiting this KOA ever year since 2017 . It is always our stop on the east coast. The staff is always pleasant and willing to make sure your stay is tops.The new pool, lazy river is top notch.

We had a great time it was so hot but with the 2 pools and a lazy river made up for the hot days. The staff were all so friendly, the park was so beautiful. The food trucks were a nice touch, checking in after a long drive was so easy!

As always I-had a great stay . However the spot 238 is not an acceptable site. Roots all thru the site. Next to impossible to level or put out door rugs and chairs out.

We had a great time! The downfall is your new pool area and lazy river. It is very nice, however no notification that you would need to bring your own floating device for the lazy river or purchase one. No other campground we have ever stayed doesn’t supply them so a little heads up would’ve been great. We had ours at home! Also other campers were complaining about the same thing.

Great place with a lot of things to do. The only issue we had was the fire ring right by the door to the motorhome. It was centered in a cement circle cut out. Dangerous! I walked off the ledge in the dark, and my ankle went into the side of the fire pit and cut it and twisted it. Luckily it wasn’t broken.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Site and grounds were clean and new pool was awesome. The only negative for us (and probably not others) was a live rock band Saturday night from 8 to 9:30 and our sites (RV and cabin) were right by. Was very loud, otherwise this campground was a 5 for us

We live local and love coming out. There is always something g to do in the Virginia Beach area. The staff is always happy to help. Very nice people, excellent campground.

Loved it! We would have preferred a spot that was not so close to the road as there were a lot of sirens going off at night, but it was a busy weekend so that’s understandable.

Nice clean, well maintained campground. The new pool area and lazy river is awesome! Loved the food trucks and live bands over the Labor Day weekend!

Very professional and friendly staff! Campground is well maintained and offers many activities for the entire family. Lad or Day weekend is always packed with free concerts and fun things to do. I particularly like the shuttle service to the beach which is very reasonably priced and all the food trucks that visit the campground. And the new pool and kids playground area is first rate!

We had a great stay at VB KOA. Only two comments were that the “cable” tv was sporadic at best. When it came in it was very snowy. When we were escorted to our site the site was covered with piles of pine needles and clearly had not been raked in quite some time. It was nice to be in the shade with hot weather tho. I wish the camper worker that was parked next door was tidy. Lots of stuf

This was our first time camping in our new RV. We had a great time! I enjoyed the evening activities and music bands. We will definitely be back!

This was a fantastic campground. We have been on the road for months exploring the U.S. using almost exclusively K.O.A.and this campground is definitely in the top 3 that we have stayed in. Really nice level site with plentyof space and everyone of the staff we encountered were professional and polite. Nice laundry room and looked as though the young families with children were having lots of fun

The location is fantastic. Staff is friendly, the sites are clean. Close to beach... AMAZING. Sites are easy to navigate with a large rig The great location close to all amenities comes with one downfall. So many police sirens. But to be expected, with the great location. Loved our stay

Great location. Beautiful clean campground, incredible new pool area with all the other activities that you would expect from a KOA. We stayed in cabin that was clean and comfortable. We were in cabin 723 and there was a previous review stating there was an ant problem in that cabin at the beginning of the April which I mentioned at the check in when we were assigned that cabin was told that the last people that checked out did not mention any problem. Now I'm a camper so ants are by far an issue with me but we did leave out something in the bathroom over night that we should have put away and there was more then a comfortable amount of ants in the sink and counter when one of us used the bathroom in the middle of the night. Again, not a deal breaker for us but others might be. We just made sure that we put away or wrapped up anything food related the rest of our stay and only saw a few here and there after that (we even extended our stay another night, 6 in all) the only thing I would really complain about was the close proximity to the other cabins in the "cul-de-sac"  area that we were in, some had more "private" patios but there were 3 cabins and their patios that were literally like 20' apart from each other, they should have reversed the entrances and patios so they didn't abut each other. (See pictures those are not my cabin they are the ones to the right and left) which again wasn't really a problem mid week because the campground was pretty empty but on Friday and Saturday nights that we stayed all the cabins were occupied. This is the only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars. Other than that pretty much five stars across-the-board! I can't see any reason that you would not have a fantastic time here and I would definitely be back when we're in the area and I will even stay in the same cabin again.

Very nice, clean campground! The staff is very friendly, efficient and helpful. There are so many super amenities. Its is located so close to so many restaurants, stores and hiking trails. Hope to stay there again.
