Good staff. Site was one of the older ones and difficult to level our Class C but nicely kept. Convenient to local entertainment, amenities. Been camping here every couple years since 1980s, always a pleasure.

We'll be back but a little disappointed with the lack of lighting along the roads. 4 lantern posts next to us weren't working as well. Beautiful new shower facility but poorly designed showers left little room to dress. Couldn't sit in the seat. Too small. The shame is that more room could of been provided with narrower aisles between the showers. Lack of propane is a negative.

Hello, We stayed from 11/17-11/20. Our reservation was until 11/21 but we left a day early because of multiple reasons. First, without being able to have a fire, we couldn’t really be outside with our little kids due to the cold weather. What’s confusing is that after calling around to find another campground, some others were allowing it. It’s close to the main road. Not recommend

We loved everything about it! Nicest bath houses we have ever seen! Many nice amenities for the family- heated pool, hot tub, huge playground, dog parks, etc.

We like this campground very much and will back in the future. I'm just going to give feedback on our stay - My daughter and son n law came to stay with us a couple of nights. They had to park in the lot next to the cabins. Which that is fine because we as a family abide by rules. Now I'm just giving feedback but I noticed the campsite over from 185 or 189 truck parked in grass, dogs not leashed

People were very friendly and the took me to my camp site and helped me back in which was great because it was dark when I arrived. Campground was clean, located in a good area close to everything, and had nice facilities. It had a nice pool area with lazy river and hot tub, so I may have to make another visit when it’s hot. I checked other RV parks and in my opinion this is the best.

Friendly, helpful staff. Easy check in. The bath house was clean and well maintained. Loved the amenities of the deluxe sites. Already trying to plan another trip to stay there!

Very clean and well-run campground in the heart of all that is Pigeon Forge. We stayed in site 13 and that was a challenging spot to back a 37 ft 5th wheel into. The workkampers who helped me park my RV were great and I couldn't have done without them.

This KOA made history because I have been married to my husband for over 30 years and this is the first time I have ever heard him state favorite associate with anything and Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg KOA is his favorite campsite! You have to stay at this KOA to experience the best employees that make your visit enjoyable.

During our stay the bathrooms were not cleaned on Saturday, we were slightly disappointed with that. However on Sunday when they came out to clean the bathrooms the ladies cleaning signed the paper saying they had cleaned on Saturday. I understand maybe staffing shortages, things got too busy, ect. Just have the integrity to honest about your actions. Other than that we love the place. Thank you

Great stay. The only negative was our site was under a tree that dropped some sort of berry or plumb that was all over the ground . IT caused a mess that was tracked in our camper and got all over our shoes. I’d cut it down

Well, unfortunately this year we spent the majority of our time pretty sick but that had nothing to do with the campground. We still had to walk the dogs and my husband was able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The place was packed yet everyone was friendly and polite. Wish we hadn’t gotten sick.

I had to pull through site and it was nice. It is close to Dollywood and pigeon Forge and that’s what I was going for.

I found it dangerous when leaving the KOA because of the fence to the left blocking the view of oncoming traffic. That fence needs to be moved back approx 10 feet. Came close to being hit on two occasions. Thanks.

Site 139 needs help. Power is leaning and there is not room for slide out. Site required parking under a pecan tree that dropped nuts on camper. Squirrels were running all over the roof eating pecans leaving shards of shells on roof. Dogs barking at squirrels. Had to remove debris off roof prior to closing the slide out. Price to high for site

Location is ideal, price is difficult to determine day to day some parts of park need care and repair, we have stayed at this park many times since the late 80’s

Stayed here from 8-27 November (through Thanksgiving) in our 44ft 5th/toy hauler and loved it. Only amenity not readily available was propane (city/county ordinance, NOTE: county also has an understandable case of PTSD regarding wood fires if “dry” out). The campground was great, though. Near all the excitement, walking distance to the trolley station, and various site-type options. Recommend!

We had the best time camping at Pigeon Forge KOA. There is so much to do there and we didn't get half what we wanted to do. We will make this trip again next year! The campground had a little bit of everything you need. My dogs were happy in their dog park. They ran off energy. I used my own shower but only negative I can say is because it'sa huge park they had one building for co Ed showers and hubby ran out of hot water. Not stopping us from coming again! We had a blast!
