General Campground Information

Check In/Out Times

Camp Sites check in 12 Noon and out by 12 Noon. Deluxe Cabins check in 2:00 and check out 10:00. Camping Cabins check in 1:00 and check out 11:00.

Deluxe Cabin Information and cancellation policies

Our deluxe cabins have 2 bedrooms, a full bath, kitchenette/living room, large patio with a gas grill and patio furniture. All holidays will require a 3 night minimum and all other times of the year will require a 2 night minimum. Check-in time is anytime after 2PM and check-out is by 10AM. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $10 charge for any cancellations 14 days or more prior the the arrival date by 4PM, cancellations made less than 14 days, NO REFUND. SPECIAL EVENT or HOLIDAY CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $10 per day charge for any cancellations 14 days or more prior to the arrival date by 4PM, cancellations made less than 14 days, NO REFUND.

Cancellation Policies

Campsite: There is a $10 charge 2 days or more prior to the arrival date by 4PM. If you cancel LESS than 2 days there is NO REFUND. Camping Cabin: There is a $10 charge 7 days or more prior to the arrival date by 4 PM. If you cancel LESS than 7 days there is NO REFUND. Deluxe Cabin: There is a $10 charge 14 days or more prior to the arrival date by 4 PM. If you cancel LESS than 14 days there is NO REFUND. Special Event or Holiday for Camping Cabins and Campsites: There is a $10 PER DAY charge 7 days or more prior to the arrival date by 4 PM. If you cancel LESS than 7 days there is NO REFUND. Special Event or Holiday for Deluxe Cabins: There is a $10 PER DAY charge 14 days or more prior to the arrival date by 4 PM. If you cancel LESS than 14 days there is NO REFUND.

Trolley Information

The trolley runs from 8:00am-Midnight, March-October and 10am-10pm November and December. The trolley is $.50 per person each time you board or you may purchase an all day arm band for $2.50 at the main trolley terminal located at Patriot Park. The trolley that picks up in front of our campground will take you to Dollywood and it runs every 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. The main trolley terminal at Patriot Park is a very short walk from our campground and from there you can catch a trolley to anywhere in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg and some locations in Sevierville. When visiting our area just locate a Fun Time Trolley shelter or a Trolley Bear sign and the trolley will be along shortly to pick you up. There are well over a hundred stops located along the combined routes.

Special Events 2 Night Minimum

There is a 2 night minimum for the following special events: Spring Rod Run April 15-16 Shades of the Past September 9-10 Fall Rod Run September 16-17

Holiday 3 Night Minimum

There is a 3 night minimum on the following holidays: Memorial Day May 27-29 Independence Day July 1-3 Labor Day September 2-4 Thanksgiving November 24-26

Pool Hours

Pool open March 20-November 30. Pool Hours Memorial Day-Labor Day 9:30am-9:30pm; Other times as posted

Pet Policy

Pets on a leash are your privilege, cleaning up after them is your obligation. Please do not leave your pets unattended. A Kamp K-9 is provided for your convenience. We do have pet friendly camping cabins and deluxe cabins. There is a $25 per pet per stay fee for these accommodations that is non-refundable.
