Unfortunately we didn't partake in any of the many recreational opportunities offered. We stayed there as part of a family reunion.

The sites are tight and the restrooms are clean but older and the hot tub did not work

The kampground is kept very clean and orderly but, is so very tight, due to the layout probably set many decades ago when RVs were not so big. It’s quite expensive to stay there if you’re not into the property amenities (golf, baking in the sun by the pool, shows in the convention center, drinking at the Shanty, etc.)

For $100/night there should be free wifi at one's campsite. No fire ring. The women restrooms...the doors should swing out so one doesn't have to straddle the toilet to close the door. My husband said the men's were the same. The water spigot and dump drain are located too close together. Our neighbor kindly informed us the last guy had an 'accident' while dumping his tanks. Was not impressed. Felt like the park only catered to french Canadians and the return guests. We understand we were new to the park, we were going to stay long term. Very clicky feeling there. We also had a situation with a neighbor that pulled in and put up an abrasive canopy that touched our rig. We addressed it with the front desk. Was told it would be addressed. Never did. So we left.

Very nice KOA. Central location make this a great site from which to make day trips to the east or west coasts of Florida. Very nice facilities. Very helpful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed a two week stay.

Staff was great! loved the adult only pool. The bartenders were very good, very attentive. We'll be back. Thanks, Ed Petusky PS you need more riding golf carts

Cable didn’t work well. The internet was sporadi. Lots a little small. Park was clean and people were very nice.

Our golf course cabin was amazing. We would have loved to stay longer, but it was not available. We will definitely be back as soon as we can. We love this place! Everyone is so friendly.

Enjoyed our month long stay. Most staff was courteous and our neighbors were wonderful. Our miniature pig Munchie enjoyed it too!

This like many other KOA’s continue to make former free services optional. WIFI INTERNET is now an option! Their free WIFI INTERNET IS GARBAGE. The facility is kept clean

Stayed for one month. Front highway sign not lit up at night! Park needs maintenance, many concrete pads cracked. Poor communication of gate codes each week. Gate unsecured after office closes. Golf carts, bikers and vehicles running stop signs. Mail system antiquated, piles of mail just laying in open slots. Very important doc's just mixed with others in alphabetical slots. Poor management

we really enjoyed our stay and will rebook for next year and the next if possible. we enjoyed the 9 hole golf course on property and the Shanty bar. our site was great and spacious.

The staff were great - the site we had another matter, couldn’t use the whole pitch due to a badly broken base - had to buy extra sewer pipe and electrics cable, although there was no hesitation offering a discount

Nice park. But what’s the deal with the general store? Very limited. No t-shirts? Not a one! Need more merchandise and groceries.

I would rate you higher but. No one cleans the rv spot before I get there. I know because the umbrella was all tore up and still there. Then I have to sweep and wipe off furniture. Just a few things would make you a 5 star. We come every year in a class A.

Great campsite, support staff was excellent and loved all the activities at the park, along with the fishing and mountain bike trails at the lake.

The park is okay. It was clean and well located. However, the sites in the section we stayed in were way too close together.

Place was very clean and nice. Lot of amenities!! The 30 am hookup at our site had issues and they had an electrician come out immediately and fixed it. They were in constant contact with us regarding it too, making sure we were satisfied. We reserved a site to come back in the next 1-1/2 months.

Beautiful campground! The staff was very helpful & friendly. We will visit again. The Internet was down the whole visit though.

Staff in office not as friendly as most KOA's. Couldn't use the dog park except for late at night because it's a gathering place during the day and a lot of small dogs, our big dogs might hurt them.so we stayed away. The one time we did use it late at night there is very little to no light. Vehicles flying up our road. Golf carts running crazy. Do not recommend this KOA. Will do in a pinch

Beautiful site on Florida Avenue, nice staff in office and in campground. Clean rest rooms. Great classes…Yoga, 3 mile walking, Aqua exercise class. My dog loved it too.

Campground just starting new management, has a big job to improve. Got parked under a large tree so couldn't use satellite dish. Gable was very snowy, asked to move to different site was told I would have to pay daily rate. I already had paid the monthly rate, why would I have to pay additional. Hot tub was not working, fixed but week later determined it was leaking underground. Needs to torn up

We met some amazing friends at this KOA, it does have a heated pool(93 degrees is too hot though!), and a crap playground. The playground could use a huge update, slide was broken, Mary-go-round barely spun it was so rusted. The roads are rather tight, sites are practically on top of each other. We stayed for the month of January and enjoyed ourselves, just wish they were more family friendly.

Great place with plenty of different things to do. You should never be board here. The staff and fellow campers are very friendly.
