Pet Policy

Mercer/ Grove City KOA welcomes well-behaved pets and their humans.  We expect pet owners to be courteous of the rights of others to a safe, clean, and comfortable camping experience. Pets that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners.  All pets must remain on a leash no longer than 6 feet when out on the grounds, except inside the doggy playground.  Please, do not leave your pets unattended and always remember to clean up after them. Constant barking bothers other guests. If your pet is too vocal, you'll need to find other accommodations.

  • Our regular pull-thru, full-hookup, buddy sites are site numbers 16 and 18 and sites 12A and 15A.
  • If you're camping in one of our cabins or lodges, we have buddy tent sites to combine Cabin and Tent camping!
  • RV site #116 and Lodge L-2 pair together great with each other if you want to combine RV and Lodge camping!
  • RV site #58 has a perfect buddy tent site to keep your tent friends cozy right next to your RV.

Please call or email to request your buddy site when making your reservation!

Firewood

Please do not bring firewood into the campground. If you do, you will be asked to keep it inside your vehicle and remove it from the property immediately.
Firewood is available for purchase. $9 for one bundle, $25 for 3 bundles, and $40 for 5 bundles. This wood has been heat treated by a DCNR certified supplier and kiln dried to kill off any insects or disease.

They give you shade. They provide oxygen. Please help keep our trees available for future generations.

Pests traveling in outside firewood, or pallets, have killed off hundreds of trees on the property.
Wood that looks clean and healthy can still have tiny insect eggs, or microscopic fungi spores, that will start a new and deadly infestation.
Aged or seasoned wood is still not safe. Just because it is dry does not mean that bugs can't crawl onto it!
So please, don't bring firewood into the park, even if you think it looks fine.

Thanks for understanding why we can't allow outside firewood, and for helping us save the remaining trees on our property!

Golf Carts

Motorized vehicles such as golf carts and ATVs are NOT permitted in the campground. Electric handicap scooters are allowed, provided the 5 mph speed limit and rules of common courtesy are observed.

Trash Pick Up

We pick up trash at your site. Please leave bags close to the road, so we see them. Pick up happens through out the day. Don't leave bags out at night - you may receive unwanted visitors!

Propane

We pump propane!  Whether you have a grill tank, motor home, or food truck, we are equipped to pump your propane.  *Check with front office for pricing. Propane filled during regular business hours and cannot be filled after dark.

Parking

Cars must fit on gravel of your site. Please NO parking on the grass, it kills the grass and creates mud. Extra vehicles may be parked in the visitor lots.
Please do not park on vacant sites. Vacant sites need to remain available to campers.
Visitors are to park in the visitor parking lots.

We welcome you to arrive any time after 2:00 pm and check-out at 12:00 noon.

We have trees. Lots of trees. There is no guarantee that a satellite signal will be accessible from any site on the park. Guests staying in spring, before the trees leaf out, and guests staying in fall, after leaves have fallen, have the best chance of success.

Storm Shelter

The concrete bath house in the back of the park, between sites 40 and 41 is the safest building on the campground.
