Comforting to see a facility that is cared for by the employees. Clean and/or modern bathrooms along with the showers are important features of staying at any KOA.

We were very fortunate to get such a great site. They made sure that everything was just right. It was a rainy night but that didn't bother them at all. Highly recommend this KOA.

Way over priced. Cable was not good, only got about 10 channels. Road was very bumpy going to site.

Very disappointed this time. Many GOOD stays. Were put in last spot, a tent area. Tat was O.K. except trees hit our $6,000 paint job, were not told 30 amp only so had to dig out adaptor and getting out in the dark took over a 1/2 hour and many more scratches. Would have appreciated saying "no site avialable" so we could try anothercampground. People super friendly. Ice cream great. Will try

We stayed on our way home from a 6 week cross country trip. They were awesome and directed us right to our lot with their gold cart. I LOVE this feature at most all of the KOA,s. Campground was neat and clean. They had a well stocked store and a Hershey Ice Cream window. A win/win for us!

This was our 5th stay here. Our truck broke on our way there and needed to extend our stay. We able to book a second night fortunately. The staff was top notch. Close to the interstate and very easy in and out with 41’ fifth wheel. Always enjoy our stops at t this KOA.

This is our third time staying at Jonestown/Hershey KOA. Our stay was very pleasant. The staff always goes out of their way to be friendly and assist you if needed. Our only disappointment was no broasted chicken on the menu.

Very clean campground. Our site was perfect. The furniture and grounds were very well kept. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Will definitely stay here if we’re in the area again!

Loved the curbside check in! We’ve been to dozens and dozens of KOAs all across the country and never saw this before. We had a lovely camp site right beside a flowing stream. This KOA a had a tiny restaurant where you could get sandwiches, burgers, or salads — to eat in or have delivered to your campsite. This was very convenient after a long day of driving. It was a very nice stay beautiful park. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the snack bar a d the food and ice cream was awesome.

Nice place, no reservation, but could accommodate us. Nice store, some food, very busy for ice cream. Good coffee, fair price. Good place for travelers, right off interstate. Very good bathhouse, though a little cool.

Very nice KOA. The layout of the place is very nice, with plenty of trees & the individual sites are spacious. The staff was friendly. We plan on coming back!

what an incredible positive difference since our last visit! The grounds look so neat and clean…the people working were very nice and upbeat proud of their positions at the KOA. We were in a site near two employees with their wonderfully behaved beagle and they were so welcoming! Thank you!

Campground is very nice and clean. Laundry facilities are excellent. I would add trash pick up at the campsites as that is a huge convenience for older folks that have issues walking.

Our pull thru site was OK. Concrete patio old and cracked and not close to door. Cable TV was horrible. No clear picture and only a few channels. Maybe was just our particular site. What I LOVED was express check in! So easy and smooth after a long day. Thank you!

This was the second time staying here. Love the sites by the creek. It was just an overnight stay, but we would certainly stay here longer. Great food at the general store!!

All fine except the dump was unusable. Too sunken to connect to. Had to move to a vacant site to dump tanks before leaving. Need to fix. Otherwise stay was nice.

Just a quick one night stay. We were right on the river. A beautiful sight to wake up to. The grill provided us with an easy dinner. The bath house was extremely nice. Enjoyed our stay.

We were so happy here. You accommodated our stay so wonderfully. Your staff was very helpful. Mike was awesome. Thank you for your help . We wanted a stay closer to our kids that were staying there too. You put us right beside them it was awesome.

Nice campground, been coming here the same time for 10 yrs. Only thing not right is when reservations for the following year, payment is taken immediately, plus $20 fee for a particular site. Then you also collect at least $20 in interest for the year, while you have our money in your bank account???

This was the 10th year we stayed. We come as a group and celebrate the completion of another year of camping. This year we had a minor mix-up with the new ownership. Even though the site was reserved, they gave it to someone else. We attempted to correct this but were treated with disrespect. Everything was straightened out, but the comfortable feelings and respect we had, has been diminished.

The roads were a bit rough and could have used some more gravel in the holes. The site was nice and long so very easy to get into and out. A lot of the amenities were seasonal so we really couldn't take advantage of them. I had hoped the restaurant would be open but it had very limited days and times so we couldn't try it.

We were only there 3 nights but everyone was great. Great sites with plenty of room. Bathroom was clean and even had hair dryers, it was great.

Really enjoy the campground. Only issue I had was whining dog at the site next to mine. Was minor as they.were trying to see.how new dog would do camping....

I love this campground! The cabins are so cute, and most importantly clean! The staff are always so kind and polite and I pool is awesome! It's beautiful and the kids LOVE IT!
