We currently have several Monthly 30 and 50 Amp sites available for RV''s that are no more than 10 years old (exceptions may be made for units in Very Good condition.) Sites include water, sewer, FREE Wifi, and FREE cable TV! We also have an onsite laundry, store, swimming pool, propane, game room & more!
Note: Price is based on 2 people per site. Add $40 per additional person.
ELECTRIC FEE: Electricity is metered and charged at the rate set by the local Utility Co. (Currently .11 cents per Kilowatt Hour.) A $100 Electric Deposit or Credit Card on file is required for monthly guests.
ARRIVAL DATE: To be eligible for this discounted rate you must check in BEFORE Sept. 1st 2010.
