Pets are allowed in both the Studio Kabins and the Lodge, with a one time, non-negotiable and non-refundable $25 pet fee. There is a limit of 2 pets in all cabins. $5.00 pet fee for the sleeping accommodations cabins.
We've added another convenience for our weary travelers! At check-in you can place your order for a BBQ Rib plate, pulled pork sandwich plate or pizza. Our BBQ is smoked right here on site. If you prefer we will give you a copy of our menu and you can order once you get to your site. Tell us what time you want to eat and we will deliver it to your site up to 8:00 p.m.! A variety of deserts are also available.
We now have a fitness center, located in the center of the park. Equipped with three treadmills, an elliptical, an ab lounge, Gold's Gym weight system, Weider X-factor, Zaaz machine, & a teeter inversion table. This center is available for all guest 16 years of age and older. Anyone between the ages of 12 and 16 must be accompanied by an adult. We do require a "Release Form" to be signed at the front desk to get the door access code.
Our complimentary fresh Belgium Waffles (or pancakes) breakfast served every morning from 8 am-10 am for all of our guests. Coffee, juice and fresh fruit syrup is also available. Please come in to the KOA Store and enjoy! We look forward to visiting with you!
Check In for all Rv and tent sites is 12:00 p.m. Check In for all cabins is 3:00 p.m.
Check out is 11:00 a.m. KOA Value Card members are allotted and extra hour to check out. (12:00 pm)
You may let your dog loose in the Dog Park located at the front of the property. For other areas, all pets must be on a leash. We do not have a restriction on breeds BUT we do have restrictions on aggressiveness. Please pick up after your pets in ALL locations of our park. Thank You!
All children must be at their site or accompanied by a parent between 9pm and 9am. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied at all times by an adult. Please do no allow your children to visit other kampers' sites without your supervision and an invitation from the other camper. Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children.
Visitors must register, obtain a car pass & pay a $5.00 per vehicle fee in the office upon arrival and depart by 10pm. All overnight visitors must be registered per State Law.
Small kampfires are allowed in fire rings only. DO NOT move fire rings. NEVER LEAVE FIRE UNATTENDED--STATE LAW. We have fire wood for purchase. Please see one of our staff for more information.
Our store is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Additional hours on Holidays and Special Events
All patrons are advised that as a condition of their use of facilities, property and premises, patrons MUST observe the rules of good family camping. Improper dress for a family atmosphere will not be tolerated. Annoyance to neighbors, vandalism, disturbance and foul language will not be tolerated and could lead to immediate ejection from the property and may be subject to criminal charges. We have a "mind or move" policy. Respect others' space and only visit other campsites if specifically invited.
Pets are permitted if on a leash at all times except while in the fenced Pet Park. Pets cannot be left outside unattended at anytime. Proof of vaccinations must be available upon request. You are responsible for keeping them quiet and picking up all feces. We do not have restrictions on breeds but we do have restrictions for aggressive behavior and it will not be tolerated. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN ANY BUILDING, POOL AREA OR PLAYGROUND. LIMIT of 2 PETS IN ALL CABINS and pet fee required for the cabins.
Only two cars per site allowed. Please only park on your site and allow a minimum 5 foot clearance from driveways. If you require additional parking, please let us know so we can arrange this service.
We're kamping, time to rest, relax and just have fun!As new owners we have many plans to improve our park. For example taking down trees to widen and lengthen sites, and adding more amenities for our guest. We are located in a high developmental area and there are many plans for new local attractions.
We have both worked in customer service our entire lives, and are eager to learn a different side of providing great customer service.
We have been campers for most of our lives and now we want to make your camping experiences something memorable!
