Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1  large can of boned chicken
  • 1/2  c  chopped celery
  • chopped onion to taste
  • 2  c  cooked rice
  • 1  can cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4  c  mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
  • 1/2  tsp  salt
  • 1/2  tsp  lemon juice
  • 2  c  shredded Colby cheese
  • crushed potato chips

Preparation

Mix all together and spread in a 9 X 13 baking dish. Top with 2 cups shredded Colby cheese, then top with crushed potato chips. Bake 350 degrees for 30-45 min. Can make the night before, bake longer if you do.
