Great stay for us. Check in was great with good follow up to make sure we were all good. The lady at front desk was awesome, and very welcoming to us and our friends. She is a great example of great customer service

This KOA is very well designed and cared for. We were there in off season so they were running on shorter hours. We didn't use the restrooms or laundry but they appeared clean. I would stay again

Very nice campground and friendly helpful staff

Stayed 1 night to go to a concert. Pretty average campground. Some amenties. No grass at the sites. Mostly gravel and goathead weeds. Dog off leash area was just crushed granite. Very dusty - They should be using dust control spray. Yet the location is very convenient to the concert hall, casinos, the salt flats, and museum at the airport. I highly recommend Fratelli's pizza nearby.

We stayed at Wendover KOA for a quick overnight stop so we did not really use any of the facilities to give a rating. However, the campground was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and made was feel welcome.

Level site, adequate bathrooms and showers east after hour check in. Night lighting good for security but very bright. Easy access to highway food and services

The park and location is nice. Easy in easy out spots. We will be staying again, but the goat’s head stickers make it unbearable for our little dogs.

Great place and location.

Nice big park no cable wifi hotspot at office only, table and BBQ pit at site, gravel roads/sites, lots of puncture vine throughout - check those shoes before entering. Clean restrooms - individual shower stalls in a separate hall accessible to/from mens/women restrooms which allows easy access to men/women restrooms - Right behind the Red Garter Casino - shuttle bus between the other 4 casinos

Checkin was easy and the woman checking us in explained everything very well. The camp store has some very nice Salt Flat souvenirs at reasonable prices. Our site was almost perfectly level so we were able to pull in and out easily with our 36 ft. fifth wheel. Our site was clean. It appears most are gravel & well spaced with plenty of room. We stayed one night as a stop over. Very quiet, too.

Stayed one night passing thru. Pulled it at 10PM and they assigned us an end pull thrru site that was perfect. Level and very long, more than enough for 40' DP and pickup. All utilities worked, very clean park.

Convenient, clean, courteous- easy access

Site were large and easy to get into. The place is essentially a gravel parking lot with hook ups. There may not be a need to disconnect your trailer, but you will have to level it from side to side, as the sites slope downhill going from west to east. WIFI was did not work at the 50 amp full hook up sites.

No 50 A power and basically a dirt parking lot.

Clean facilities and helpful staff. We were only scheduled to stay one night, but we had an illness while traveling and they were willing to extend us for a day without a reservation.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean park. I did notice however that the Goathead weeds were very prominent, but with all the rain they had recently they are very hard to control.

Campground OK, help was icy.

Of all the KOAs we have stayed at this was the worst. The grounds were not nice at all. Gravel, dust, no grass anywhere. The showers were terrible. The faucets hardly worked and the shower curtains old and disgusting. It was ok just to sleep and leave. This place needs a lot of attention. The staff who was working the office was very nice.

Great stopover place. Not much road noise either.

Very welcoming staff!

Very helpful check-in clerk. Hook-ups were adequate for a quick one night stopover. Location is convenient to a Maverick fuel stop and I-80. The RV park is crummy. Sites are not level and are hard packed dirt & rock. Poorly maintained picnic tables. Lots of small flies. The Park uses Mountain time when it is in fact located in the Pacific time zone.

Nothing to fancy but the ground were clean as we're the restrooms. Just a short walk to rainbow and red garter. The staff was very nice. We stayed a couple of nights and enjoyed the quietness of the campground. We were lucky as our site has a nice tall tree as well.

At $51 for water/electric only, it is severely overpriced. Got there at 3:22 and the office was closed, note on door said back at 4pm. Clerk came back at 3:55. We found our site assignment on the door and went and parked. Decided to unhook because it was easier than getting out several stacks of levelers to raise the back. Did two loads of laundry, $3 per load, very reasonable. All machines were working. Washers are newer. Dryers are like from the 1970's but still work! Bathrooms screamed 1970's but were clean and everything was working, though all the drain stoppers had been removed. Showers were clean and did get hot, but be careful because the water gets scalding. Recreation room locked up and just being used for storage. Pool closed for season. Mini-Golf fell into disrepair and long since abandoned. The dumpster area doesn't have a dumpster, just 4 trash cans. Cheaper than a dumpster I guess. Walked by the cabins and peeked in, noticed how clean the windows all were. Everything is clean. But maintenance is neglected. Picnic tables are weather worn and peeling. Broken screens on cabins. Door to sink room broken. Some outside lights don't work and looks like copper has been stolen from some street lights. The place was mostly deserted, we were on the north side which is water/electric only and by morning there were just 3 occupied sites out of 6 entire rows. The full hook-up sites on the south side were fuller but there were still 4 empty rows. Maybe the place is more seasonal. Place is located behind the Red Garter Casino but is very quiet. There is a 'Night Watchman' booth at the entrance but it is abandoned. There is a yellow KOA standard sign on the wall with the phone number to the manager but it is so old that it doesn't have the area code. Not even sure if you could dial 7-digits and have a call connect? Went into the office once the clerk came back and got officially checked in. All the coolers and freezers in the store are empty and un-plugged. Very little for sale in the store. Again, maybe they are more seasonal. A young couple who were car camping came in and asked how much it was for just a shower and how much for a tent-site. $10 for a shower, $40 for a tent site. I almost invited them to pay for an extra vehicle and stay in our site but they left before I was done checking in. I felt bad for them. This place was only ever 20% occupied. I'd have given them a tent site with showers for $20 if I were that clerk. Adjacent to the park on the south side is another section of trailers and mobile homes for permanent residents. To be able to use the dump site you have to drive out via the in-lane. Then you have to go past the abandoned night watchman shack to turn around and drive back in via the out-lane. And whoever does maintenance is un-skilled. I saw several sidewalks with plumbing running on top of the original sidewalk and then more concrete slathered on top of that so that you don't trip on the pipes. Who does that?

Spring 2024 - My husband and I spent a few days at the Wendover KOA in early spring, so the park wasn't bustling with activity. While we didn't utilize many of the amenities on offer, we found it to be quiet with average interior roads and access easy to navigate, albeit showing signs of wear typical of many KOAs. Our AT&T cell service worked great.
