Friendly hosts for sure !! Very clean, kinda tight but realizing that is how KOAa are. REALLY enjoyed the store, the area layed out for kids and pets. Absolutely will stop here again when I get the chance.

Didn’t get here until 9pm but stay here almost every summer on our way to Ocean City. Easy to get to and close to Bay Bridge. Nice clean well maintained small campground and very friendly employees!!

I was truly impressed with the overall facility and experience . Nice spacing and very quiet. Shower and bathrooms are very clean.

Staff was friendly and told us how to get into DC easily. It would have been nice if the shuttle to Union Station was operational because it cost us $70 per day to get family in and out. Bathhouse was nice. Paved sites would have been better than gravel.

Base camp for exploring Washington DC. Showers were very clean. Friendly staff. Would stay again if in the area. Disappointed there was no shuttle service directly to DC, however, they provided good info about the MARC train and how to get to the station at Odenton (5.6 miles away) which provided commuter service to Union Station in DC.

Like all KOAs we've stayed at, this one was very well kept. If we had kids or grandkids with us, we sure would have enjoyed the many areas for kid play!

The older lady checking people in was boarder line nasty. The fellow who took us to the site was very nice. They put me in a site with no sewage. The landscaping is terrible, the camping area was very dusty. Not the typical "camping" that many people expect. They charged me a rate for my RV plus a tow vehicle. Then they added $5 a day for the additional vehicle on the final bill. $85+ per day!

We were disappointed that the shuttle service was not available this year, which was the reason we picked this KOA. Also that they wouldn’t give us a ride to the train station which was 5 miles away. We are in a motor home without a car.

Lounge chairs at pool were GROSS. They were black with mold and mildew. Not what I expect at KOA. Other then that , very nice campground.

Nice campground, but you need to clean the lounge chairs by the pool. Pollen or Mold coated everyone. the rest of the campground is well maintained.

Unleveled spot, very narrow turns, sites are very close to each other, overpriced and if you arrive early they will overcharge, in general a mediocre campground with poor wifi and overpriced

Great location for visiting Annapolis. Back part of campground very pretty and wooded. We stayed in the front just gravel and no trees. Showers are private stalls with locks which is nice.

The spots are on top of each other and our fire pit was next to our neighbors sewer access. The people are polite and helpful but the campground itself is was too crowded. The grass was dead and the older sites are nothing but sand.

We enjoyed a beautiful site with wonderful neighbors. Clean bathrooms and a nice pool. Close to a train station to enjoy Washington DC. Close to shopping too. Nice quiet oasis near cities.

Very nice campground. It was easy to get in and out of our site. Very convenient to get to the train station 10 mins away for our day trips to Washington, DC. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

We extended our stay by 7 days and the staff could not have been more accommodating to us. We had a great stay at the park. It was quiet (even close to busy highway MD 32 and the section we were in was very shady (note to satellite users, you may want to go to their upper sites to get better reception. Our dog loved the dog park. There are cabins/small lodges and something for everyone there.

Very friendly staff. Very nice and helpful hosts. Tony was great! Sites are small and with fire rings that are very close to your neighbors RV. Additionally the campground shuttle busses weren't running. Otherwise it's a good place to stay close to DC.

The campground is clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have some cool amenities and a gift shop with funny shirts and natural jewelry. Very nice place.

The site, Camp and Grounds are always immaculate, The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The office staff is always friendly and courteous. We are regular campers at this location

Sites were super close with our neighbor’s fire pit only a few feet from our slide out. Thankfully, they did not have a fire. Otherwise, it was a good campground for a short stay.

Stayed 7 nights. Had a wonderful time. Loved the staff. The laundry facility was very nice. Close to the Metro to get to DC and Baltimore.

Small and short, affordable activities and ice cream to break up the day. Great staff. Pleasant and helpful and kind. They were interactive with the kids. The lifeguard was great. Clean place. Well maintained. They helped with our next few reservations we had scheduled. Looking forward to more local stays there.

All-in-all, the location/site is great. HOWEVER, it's 2023 and you are right off of Routes 97 & 32... MANY people travel for work and need solid Internet access. Spend some money and upgrade to get into this century. Speeds are HORRIBLE, even for basic Internet work

This is a great location for people wanting to visit, Annapolis, Baltimore and Washington D.C. The Campground is very clean and keep up very nicely. Staff are truly wonderful. They care about your stay. Great place for children play area is very well kept up.

We've been camping at Capitol KOA for years and long ago we use to stay in a tent. One weekend it was raining real hard when we arrived and didn't want to set-up in the rain, so we rented a one room cabin. We have been using the camping cabins for over ten years until this year when we made another move. We rented the Deluxe Cabin with Full Bath & Shower. Great Move! Thanks KOA! Great Staff!
