1 night... passing through. Have stayed 3 times before in previous years. Clean, quiet. Pleasant staff. Consistent and predicable.

We chose this KOA because of the Dog Salon and agility but we were told we couldn’t use them:( Staff were very pleasant

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We have two dog parks available to all guests. The agility field is available to those who have training in agility, as it can be dangerous for an untrained dog. We apologize that the dog salon was closed for maintenance during your stay.

We only stayed for one night but the employees at the office were really helpful and everything was really nice and clean especially the bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay.

Pricey for an overnight stay without full hookups. We do not have a dog, so dog friendly space was not used by us. Friendly check-in with golf cart escort to site. Level gravel pull thru site with some shade, electric + water.

Excellent stay, facility is very clean and well maintained. Sites are nice with good separation. Washrooms are some of the nicest we have had in a campground. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very nice campground, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Sites were nice size and very clean. Good location and had spots for all types of campers. Did not use any of the amenities, but they had plenty.

Nice friendly staff. Great place to stay. Very clean facilities. Always recommend to family and friends to stay there if travelling through ontario. Ps look forward to seeing you at the end of June on my return trip.

It was a negative experience from the start. We arrived early & was told there was a $15 penalty for being early (which changed to $20 when the front desk attendant called the manager to see if we could get into spot - that section of the park was empty BTW). It was deemed a "donation" to a charity the KOA supports. For $130/night I expect better service. Overpriced and wouldn't recommend.

Check in time is 1 pm or later. These guests arrived at 10:30 am. There is an early arrival fee, which is a $20 donation to KOA Care Camps.

Loved our quick stay! The weather was hot but the pool was cool! My kiddo loved the playground, and the whole campground was clean, beautiful, and we look forward to our next time there!

Very nice campground. Great amenities. Unfortunately, the bugs were so bad we couldn't enjoy it. I know there is only so much that campground can control in regards to bugs, but I would probably not return for camping again this time of year. I bet it would be great in the fall!

I pre booked and when we arrived we ASKED TO SHORTEN OUR STAY BY ONE DAY AND THEY WOULD NOT THEY WOULD GIVE US A CREDIT BUT SINCE WE ARE FROM BC WHAT GGOOD WOULD THAT DO. JUST TO LET YOU KNOW ITT WAS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THAT DAY REQUESTING CANCELLATION BUT THE OWNER DID NOT CARE. i WENT TO LOOK UP Cancellation policy and could not find one

Cancellations or changes to length of stay must be done at least 48 hours prior to arrival for this time period, 30 days on holiday weekends. Our cancellation policy is on our website as well as all reservation confirmations.

Two nights, park is great. Showers are 5 star hotel worthy. Pet friendly and we met some locals who were great and very helpful on things to do.

Nice decent sized campsites but the showers are fabulous. Lots of pressure and hot water. The washroom and shower area were spotless. This is the best we have seen at KOA campgrounds in the USA and in Canada including Provincial Campgrounds. The other nicety is this campground is far away from the highway and very quiet, not like a Provincial Campground about an hour away.

Terrific RV and tent campground. Owners and staff are very friendly and professional. The campground is well maintained and has lots to offer for adults and children. The washrooms and showers are clean and are closed for an hour daily to allow for major cleaning by the staff. They accommodated our ´big rig' (with advanced booking) and (as always) were most helpful during our latest stay. We make this an annual stop. This year we went specifically to enjoy the colours of the fall and were rewarded with spectacular displays. We stayed for 10 nights. The campground parameters and schedules are well laid out and following them makes for a most enjoyable stay. This park is dog friendly and we appreciate the folks that follow the pet guidelines. We highly recommend this campground - it's in a terrific location close to town amenities (10 minute drive). There is some faint highway noise and a few trains - far less than most of the campgrounds that we have stayed in - certainly didn't disturb our sleeping.
