The staff was professional and friendly from check-in and throughout our 3 day stay. We were very impressed that every employee we interacted with performed their assignments well and with pride! We had a very pleasant stay!

All team members I interacted with were professional and friendly. ���������� Sites 223 & 224 technically don't qualify as "pull thru" in terms of a Class A 45ft Prevost Marathon Coach.�� I had to backout from both sites once to change site (tree blocking satellite) and when leaving after my stay was up. Overall, place was quiet and I liked being within walking distance from the beach

Family trip. We all had a great time. Place is always cleaned. Lots for the kids to do. Only problem, pool heater was broken. Didn't stop kids from going in though.

We had a nice stay at the KOA, other than our showers near our campsite we’re not in operation, that was the only downside. Everything else was great.

Cramped spaces, noisy, and way to expensive for what you get. Had to wait in line for showers since your other huge facility with tons of showers wasn’t working due to no hot water. I paid $140 a night for a tent site and couldn’t even take a hot shower? Just seemed like a place where people come to let their kids run wild and play loud music from their trailers. Overall, love the park, but don’t really care for the blasting outdoor music and tv’s or very noisy groups that seem to go unchecked. Should not allow guests to do what they want with amplified audio outdoors. Facilities and park are otherwise very good.

This was our first time renting an RV and staying at a KOA. The campground was really nice, very clean and the staff was very friendly. You have so many cool activities, especially for the kids. Also very pet friendly so that was a plus. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Our stay was fantastic. We enjoyed all of the amenities and perks that were offered to us. I have only one (1) recommendation... The oleander bushes on the property are toxic and could be fatal if ingested. The oleanders should be replaced by bushes that are not poisonous. There are so many kids and pets exposed to these bushes and it is a disaster waiting to happen. Otherwise, it was GREAT!!!!

We stayed for 3 nights. Our site was spacious and the area was quiet. The campground was very well kept and the bathrooms were nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very family oriented campground offering fun events for everyone. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend friends and family to stay here if they want to be in the Santa Cruz area.

I had no idea it was so busy here. There was a huge party outside my rv late into the night. Loud & no nature around campsite. Wish I hadn’t stayed here

We stayed here because our group had varying levels of camping experience. The facility has a lot of amenities, but for the amount you pay per night, we feel there shouldn't be an additional resort fee added.

We had a fun time. The kids took advantage of the different things to do. They rode bikes, panned for gemstones and fossils, and we all had a great breakfast on Sunday.

Beautiful campground right in the middle of it all. You can drive to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Visit Monterey, Big Sur, Santa Cruz, SF and more within a couple of hours! Lots to do around camp too especially for children. Great spot, can’t wait to visit again!

We stayed during the week. It was very nice and peaceful and oh so quite !! All the help was very pleasant. It's been about 6 times we have stayed here and we'll be back....

We have stayed here on several occasions. Have not been disappointed yet. Love the activities for younger children. Love the pool being heated. would like to see some of the park open on Monday thru Thursday.

This is our 6th year. We are always happy to return yearly after the summer rush is over. We brought our grandson with us 15 months old this time. A whole different experience this time. Loved the train ride and bouncy thingy. Haha See ya next year. Thank you

From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a smile and I felt very welcomed! The staff was very attentive to me and the entire staff was outstanding! The ground crew was also very helpful kudos to them as well!

we chose to stay there so we could have electric power hookup because I use a CPAP to sleep. Our power went off in around 4AM and I woke up gasping for air.

This KOA is one of our favorites to stay at! This may be a fluke, but this time I had G.I. problems on Sunday and there was no toilet paper or hand soap in the men's bathroom next to the playground from at least 10 am to 1pm when I called the office to report the problem. Had to bring my own tp and hand soap multiple times. On Monday at 11:30ish after it was cleaned by two staff still no soap.

We have been coming to your KOA for 7 years now and love it, so do my kids and grandkids. Every year we go we see new activities and engaging improvements all around. You also have a very friendly staff and do a good job in keeping the campground clean! Thank you

LOVE this KOA! It's our home base for weekender trips in our RV. Friendly staff, nice and clean, great amenities. Love the themed weekends, and holiday celebrations.

This is a very nice KOA and definitely a KOA type experience. We checked in quickly and our spot was adequate for our van. The showers in the morning were good but could have been a bit cleaner. That is why the four star rating...
