The campsite had dog poop everywhere and the pick Nicki table had mud and oil on it Was not cleaned before we got there ���������������

It is a beautiful location. This was our second stay. It was very difficult to drive around the campsite and park the trailer due to so many kids riding bikes around without supervision. There was also many families that were very loud after 10pm. That made sleeping difficult. Again, the facilities and staff were great.

We are frequently visiting this KOA, but in the future will choose a different time of year not summer just to busy too many people close together.

Great campground! Lots to do, well-maintained, clean. The concierge Black/gray tank cleaning was unexpected but missed sorely now that we’ve left :)

We did not have power or water for several hours during the evening, and then the next morning we did not have water for at least 30 minutes (including nearby showers and bathrooms). We also had to call and then wait quite a while for our tanks to be dumped. This was one of the highest priced campgrounds we have ever stayed at, and one of the worst for accommodations. Very disappointed.

We love the Petaluma KOA! The patio sites are gorgeous, the bathrooms are beautiful and clean, and it’s nice and quiet.

The price is so dang high that we won’t return. We used our site, which had a lovely patio. We walked around twice in 5 days. We didn’t use any amenities outside of the site because we don’t have young kids. It was quiet, but there should be a lower rate if we don’t care to participate. It might be better value if we had kids.

Great service as always love the staff everyone is always so nice and helpful. The sites are so beautiful and I love that there were no fireworks this is where we come every fourth.

The hedges next to the handicap ramp to bathroom are overgrown and need to be better maintained and cut. The hot water does not operate for some of the cooking cleaning area next to bathroom. There's also broken countertop tiles very dangerous. Also some of the burners do not work no heat. These are important issues that should be addressed sooner than later .

Relaxing, fun, and close by getaway from Napa for us. Dog friendly. Clean and friendly staff. Family type atmosphere. We will be back!

This is one of the most beautiful KOA’s we have stayed at. This is our second stay and we were able to pick our spot and it was PERFECT. I recommend this KOA to all my friends. The grounds are quiet, well spaced with tons of mature trees, and the staff is top notch and friendly.

this is our 2nd trip to this campground. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly, and the grounds were very clean. The only negative experience that we had was the trash company came through the campground at 6am and was very loud.

One thing we noticed is the lack of supervision in the pool and playground. Our three year old was unable to use the playground at many times because kids were climbing up the slide backwards or hanging out in bulk on the play structure without actually using it. This is obviously overwhelming for a three year old and concerning for a parent. Overall, our family enjoyed the experience.

Positive first….Steve, the type dye guy, was great! The women who was at the pool and associated with the food truck was cheery and nice. The updates are awesome. Everything was clean and well maintained. The larger pull through end sites are well done!! We loved it! On a not so great note… this location now feels like a corporate run site. NO personality. All about revenue. WON’T be back

Absolutely loved it! We had so much fun hanging out in the pool area. Meeting up for the ice cream social was fun. Super quiet at night and very clean. Definitely recommend.

Stopped here for a night on our way north. Loved the facilities for our family! The playground was great and the amenities good. Very clean/maintained sites and bathroom facilities! Will try to stay here again!

There were a few occasions where you guys didn’t stick to the schedule posted on your website. Different movie played than what was listed, slides closed early, Banana bike rentals not available. It would also be nice if you guys had the schedule of events printed to give to us at checkin. Everything should be updated and consistent. The facilities looked good and the campsite was clean and we'll maintained. However wearing wristbands is an insult. The younger workers shouldn't have to enforce this. The stay was very uncomfortable feeling due to all the crazy rules and codes to get into bathrooms etc.

When we arrived our site was already occupied so checkin took quite a while for them to sort out. Then on our last nights stay an alarm went off at 3 in the morning and we had to call overnight security to come shut it off. It then went off again at 6 AM. Repairs started happening shortly after 6. This made for an extremely short night for us.

Wir haben mit unserem Wohnmobil die letzten 3 Tage unseres Urlaubes dort verbracht. Es war phantastisch, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Saubere und schöne Badezimmer. Toller Service, vor allem beim Full Hook Up und beim Liefern des Feuerholzes. Auch im Office waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Platz liefert viel Ruhe und Erholung, das Schwimmbad mit Whirlpool sind super. Die Aussicht auf die Berge und die Weide waren wirklich toll. Danke für alles.
