My one and only complaint is that it doesn't appear that you do any patrolling of the grounds during quiet hours. Friday and Saturday nights, especially. You rely on campers to do the right thing and quiet down. I'm not talking at 10pm. I'm talking by 11:30pm, the campground was buzzing. It's not my job to confront inconsiderate drunk campers to practice common courtesy. It's yours. Not cool.

Arrived on a Saturday and stayed 5 nites. Mistake...Saturday is full of kids running/riding wildly and noisy parties at night. Sunday to Thursday was nice after the noisy crowd left....BUT the Campground uses the midweek days to do their landscaping and everything is VERY NOISY. Also, every night, Crows fly in and drop messy poops on cars & Rigs

Everything was wonderful, except for the lack of response to several requests to remove the large puddle of water behind our trailer spot. It was finally resolved several days later by a very attentive employee.

Very clean and well kept campground. Staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay.

I arrived my spot was dirty full of bird poop, the bark from the tree was so high around me we could not walk, i yes I had to clean all the poop around my area I did not have a rake so I called and asked if it can be picked up which you did. I still can’t get over how dirty my spot was, I do suggest you clean before your guest comes.

Very clean, great amenities. Only slight negative is that the surrounding streets were dirty w debris that made riding bicycles not very desirable.

The site wasn't very clean. The amenities were great We have very noisy neighbors (were up until 3am with loud music, playing ball and talking). It was mentioned at the office. We were told it would be mentioned and monitored by security. However, the next night was the same thing. At least they stopped at 1am. Very disappointing. I also didn't like the fact that you can't pick your spot.

The campgrounds are in great condition. We loved all of the fun things to do & activities put on by staff.

There were some aggressive/angry bees by our cabin that really wanted our food. Also, I was told everywhere on the grounds could charge to our account. After going to the pool we walked to the shack and deciding on everyone’s order and actually ordering, we found out we could not charge food at the deli/shack. It was pretty annoying to walk back to the room all wet to grab money.

It was great…. The coffee place should be open at least until 8pm. Other than that, I Like everything… awesome customer service.

The employees bend over backward to make everything a great experience for you with no bumps along the way. Everything is so clean. Recreation dept. always has something fun for the kids-and adults as well. From the front desk staff to housekeeping to guest services and maintenance. What a great bunch of people. Must be great management!

Took our grandson camping for his 6th birthday and we were not disappointed. Location is clean, friendly and in a great location. We will definitely be back.

The people behind our tent were drinking and talking until 4 a.m., but no one stopped them. Also, in the afternoon, our neighboring campers blocked the road, played games, and passed through our land as they pleased, and were very rude. We booked for 2 days but checked out and left immediately after 1 day. I will never book and go camping there again.

I was very disappointed with the number of kids and adults that cut thru our campsite. It appears that it is a common occurance, as people looked shocked when we asked them to stop!!!

Very nice place. Wonderful staff. After an issue with a neighbor in the park, they handled it professionally and promptly. We would definitely come back again. Such a good time with our family.

Excellent! Facilities are all very clean and well kept. So many things to do in the park and outside in the local area that it is hard to fit it all into one trip. The entire park is top notch and it shows in the pride the staff has at the campground. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming and did not hesitate to assist in anything we could possibly need. Well done!

love the beautiful pool! we stayed in a cabin for the first time. it was lovely and clean. the only issue was the electric stove top. one burner didn't really work. i just used the microwave instead! overall, a very nice stay and definitely will repeat! thank you.

The cabins were nice and clean. The staff were very helpful, the pool and jacuzzi were the right temperature. Nothing but wonderful memories were made there. We’re going to make it an annual event for us.

It was a great experience, the cabin we stayed in was more than we expected as we upgraded from a tent site lot. The staff were more than helpful and although we didn't get to experience all the amenities it was still a great experience.

Love this place however this stay I was told I could take my cannabis in my trailer .I smoke twice a day morning and night. On the second day I was told I have to leave KOA to take my medicine on the sidewalk I am a senior citizen. I don't understand why I can't smoke my meds in my trailer it is 200 percent legal it is prescribed by my doctor. So I had too leave a day early. [email protected]

A lot of fun activities for kids and families. The pool and deck area was clean and well maintained. A recommendation to provide an adult-only indoor space with board games, puzzles, pool table, and ping pong table for travelers without children. We enjoyed the food and drinks from the cafe, and the price was reasonable. Abundant staff to keep things smoothly running and friendly too.

Very clean and beautiful park. The staff was really nice and helpful. Sites were a little narrow so didn’t really set up outside area except a couple of chairs. My kids loved the jumping pillows and all the activities they have there.

It’s always such a family friendly environment and everyone is always so happy and enjoying their surroundings! This KOA offers so many wonderful activities….the swimming pool is beautiful and spacious! Bike friendly and lots for the kids to do.

I always fill up our gas tanks here. They have great prices and friendly staff. Never actually stayed at their beautiful establishment but I plan to in the future.

I've seen this place for years and watched it grow into a great place for campers, RV'ers, and travelers of all kind. They have plenty of activity for guests. Full size cabins, or tent size cabins. Places you can hook up your trailer and RV, and storage facility too. The staff is great and the fun you have is second to none. So glad my family and I can enjoy this place.

We went to San Diego Metro KOA for the first time in October 2023. We had an amazing time with Bobbi leading the Halloween activities. The bathrooms in the common areas were always clean. We saw Alicia cleaning repeatedly and she always had a smile on her face. Thank you!!!
