My wife and i stayed in a deluxe cabin for four nights 4/22-26/24. problems NO LIGHTS ON SIDE WALK very dangerous could not see to walk at night down to cabin. Grass throughout park very high ( 10-18") makes park look run down ,could also draw snakes,rats and out animals closer to cabins. sidewalks slippery when wet due to flowers on walkway. A/C unit not sealing outside air properly,smoke in cabi

Site 208 is listed as a pull thru (not if you have a long rig) You will be able to pull into the site, but if nearby sites are occupied (and they were all well within their sites) you will not be able to pull out and navigate the turn. You will need to back out. A worker agreed that we would not be able to pull out. Only way to prevent the computer putting you in this site is to pay an extra fee.

Second time staying here for us.Sites are a little tight. Bath house where we were could use a remodel. All in all the staff were great and the campground is well maintained. Definetely will stay here again.

Showers were super nice. But always cold. No hot water all 4 times we used them.

Wasn’t pleased with the spot we were placed in. With assistance from staff it took 45 mins to get our camper in place, my husband is very experienced. On arrival staff that escorted and assisted with parking even showed expression that it was a bad spot, especially with our size camper. Also, the commodes didn’t have pressure and the shower is claustrophobic. We used different shower/bath hous

Always love out stay at Koa pigeon forge! Brought motorhome and staff was so nice to lead us to site with golfcart! Brought our wood to the site and very nice! Loved the pool and lazy river and hot tub! Got a site with dog lot and loved it! Only concern with whole stay was our little Yorkie for between the bars and got stuck in the netting a few times! Bigger dogs enjoyed the lot! Will be back!!!

I absolutely love staying there especially in the spring during Women of Joy. It's so convenient to the trolley station and The Old Mill shopping area.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and enjoyed our 5 days in Pigeon Forge. I recommend anyone who wants to try the camping experience, these cabins are great. Don’t just book online, call the site and ask where your cabin is located. Do you want sun or shade, this could make or break your vacation.

Cabin was nice. Not really made for six people though. Very friendly park and staff. Easy to find. Easy to get every where. Will definitely be back.

Busy park but beautifully well kept. Site D was easy pull in next to Co-Ed showers. Not use to. I didn’t see handicap shower stall. Dog park was awesome for my huskies to run and play. Nice pool. We will be back. Overall I loved staying there and had a great time!

Wonderful ! Very clean . Super friendly staff. We however listened to barking little dogs . It would be nice to have the dog owners in a different area away from others that do not own dogs.

All was good except on my site 56 the picnic table is rotten and my wife nearly got injured when the bench let go and acted as if it was a see saw. Another issue is that the central bathrooms were closed for cleaning at 8:30 for 20 minutes each morning. This is not a good time for that!

Overall our stay was good.. But our grass was very high in our campsite , along with the office area and many other sites. other campers we talked with were complaining also.

This is a beautiful KOA. It is well kept and the staff is very kind and helpful. It is in a great location. The sites are a little tight for the bigger rigs, but we managed getting our 41’ Solitude in and out of our site without any issues. We would definitely stay here again.

Campers are too close because of their size. Overnight was fine, but wouldn’t stay any longer. Staff was very nice and it was clean.

This campground is in the perfect location to enjoy the town of Pigeon Forge. You can walk into town easily or catch the trolley to take you to your destination. Plenty of shade trees and lots of things for kids to do. We ran into a reservation problem while at the campground and the staff stepped up and corrected the situation quickly. Campground staff is top notch and friendly!

We totally enjoyed our stay! The campground amenities including the lazy river pool and hot tub had something for everyone! Very centrally located too. We will be back!

Best week of my life. So much to do in town and in the park. the pool was clean and there is a big dog park near the playground for the dogs to run back and forth nice staff and very clean.

We would love to visit the area and stay here again. The campground is dog friendly, quiet, and centrally located to attractions. A huge plus is trolley access in walking distance and a dog wash at the campground.

The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The lazy river and the hot tub was fun. The bathroom was very clean and the showers had plenty of hot water. The kids had a blast riding in the train.

Excellent koa great location only problem was I email them that morning earlier and asked about propane fill up they never answered my email so after we drove 8 hrs we had to back track and get propane elsewhere,if they had answered my email we could have stopped on the way in because we passed the propane place. I understand they are very busy but I emailed first thing in the morning

Great staff and very clean campground. The location is top notch. You can walk to restaurants and shops. There is a park right behind the campground with easy access on a path Very dog friendly!!

Absolutely Outstanding!! Without a doubt, this is the best campground we have ever stayed at. Very nicely located to everything. Exceptionally clean and well kept. Easy access in and out. Level and paved sites. Very friendly and helpful staff. A must stay if you're visiting Pigeon Forge!

We had the best time camping at Pigeon Forge KOA. There is so much to do there and we didn't get half what we wanted to do. We will make this trip again next year! The campground had a little bit of everything you need. My dogs were happy in their dog park. They ran off energy. I used my own shower but only negative I can say is because it'sa huge park they had one building for co Ed showers and hubby ran out of hot water. Not stopping us from coming again! We had a blast!

This is a very clean and kid oriented canpground. My only complaint is how packed the sites are.
