We could not get the screen porch cabin we wanted and reserved. Management made it up to us and made us happy. Thank you, we have stayed here 8 times in deluxe pet friendly cabins. Every time has been great! It's a Great KOA ;great management!

Very nice well designed and maintained campground. What is exceptional about this KOA is THE STAFF! They made us and our 3 small dogs feel very welcome. They were patient and helpful in getting us into a site that met our needs. All of the yellow shirts we encountered were very courteous and helpful.

Negatives: angry, foul-mouthed, homeless couple and their friends living in a tent (135) next to our RV lot (136). Bathroom / showers quite dated and small. No privacy with lots so close together. Campsite flooded with heavy rain. Positives: pool, location near transit and Dollywood, helpful desk employees

When I called to make last minute reservation, I was notified of rustic cabin ammenities such as no bathroom & no shower. Bath house was available. I was not informed of no sheets nor pillows for the beds. I have never & will never stay in a cabin again. Also, the lazy river is advertised as "heated". Clearly, it is not! The hot tub jets were not even working.

The office staff was friendly and helpful. The worker that took us to our site needed my map so he "would not get lost." I was disappointed that my pull thru site barely fit my Class C and our tow car. We were touching the roadway on both ends. Next time I will tell them my rig is longer, so we won't have that issue again! Location is convenient to the trolley station and a few eateries.

Had to wait to get checked in because the cabin wasn’t ready. The cabin leaked water in the floor while it stormed. Almost got attacked by a possum outside our cabin.

Cable reception could be better. Even with new TV only received a few channels. For everything else everything was top notch.

We loved our site, we already reserved it for next year. Hope by next year the patriot field will be finished because I love to walk on the field. The only negative thing we saw was on our site the grass was very high and needed to be cut. I understand it had probably been raining the week before , but other sites looked like they had been cut. Other than that everything was great.

Always enjoy staying there in a cabin or in our camper. Look forward to staying in the new cabins some time. They were pouring the concrete patios while we were there.

All the staff that we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. They had extreamly clean facilities. The only thing I would fix is the dog pens. There were a bunch of zip ties around the fence and I was concerned about my dogs chewing on them. Overall 5 out of 5. We will be back!

We were in a back in 30 amp website. It was so small we couldn't tell where is boundaries of our camping site began or ended. A camper checked into the next to ours and knocked on our camper at 8:30 or so for us to change where we plugged our camper into because he and the KOA assistant had a difficult time telling which plug belonged to us or the other camper. This is the worst KOA we stayed in

We love staying at the Pigeon Forge KOA. The tiny houses are always so nice and clean. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The pool area is clean and well kept. My dog loves the dog park.

Bathroom a little out dated. My son's room had bugs them moved to new one.where couch was a little dated as well as mattresses in bunk room.But all kid play areas were very nice sites very unlevel.and swimming area was awesome

we had a fantastic stay. The campground was very well maintained. We loved the lazy river and the hot tub. We appreciated the fire pit and grill at our site. The staff were all very helpful.

I would highly recommend the Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg KOA! The campground is kept clean from the landscaping, pool area, bathrooms, showers, etc.! The employees are dedicated and work hard to make sure you have the best stay with them.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The campground and facilities were immaculate. The pool area and children play area were excellent, my grandson had the best time with so much to do. We will definitely be back soon!

We enjoyed our stay in one of your cabins. The cabin was clean and well maintained. It would have been helpful if we had known they were on a steep hillside since my husband and I both have difficulty getting around. We had to see about changing cabins since we were at the bottom of the hillside. It all worked out okay.

I have never stayed at a KOA. And I do not think I will stay at a KOA, unless it is set up different that the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg location. The tent sites are ontop of each other. There needs to be a no pot-smoking enforcement. I know we cannot control others. But the smell of weed ran me out early. I was supposed to be there through Saturday, but left on Wed. I hated the unisex showers!

This was my first ever trip in a camper. Great site and a great staff. Helped me get to my site and parked. Answered all my questions with a wonderful attitude. Enjoyed my time there. I will definitely stay there again.

Busy campground but quiet for the amount of campers, we stayed in a cabin, maintenance was quick when a toilet was plugged, jacuzzi was refreshing, good for the kids. They had a neat setup for the kids pulled like 10 cars around camp. Staff very friendly and helpful. We recommend walking through the walkway to the Pigeon Forge busses a few minute walk. Would definitely stay there again

We had the best time camping at Pigeon Forge KOA. There is so much to do there and we didn't get half what we wanted to do. We will make this trip again next year! The campground had a little bit of everything you need. My dogs were happy in their dog park. They ran off energy. I used my own shower but only negative I can say is because it'sa huge park they had one building for co Ed showers and hubby ran out of hot water. Not stopping us from coming again! We had a blast!
