We had a great time, staff was friendly and campground was clean. River access and canoes were a nice amenity. Mini golf left a bit to be desired but Gaga ball, playground, jumping pad, basketball hoop, corn hole made up for that. Well stocked store and nice size pool. Wish the liberty lodge was open that looked like it would have been nice. Overall great trip for our family of six.

Will never stay here again. Unfriendly and rude staff. Over priced.

We appreciate your comments, however, I would like to say that you should ask if certain things are allowed before you just decide yourself it is ok. No one likes to be told they are doing something that is unacceptable.

We have been going to this KOA for a long time. It’s always a great trip. First time we have stayed during the week (usually it’s over a weekend) and it was much less crowded which was amazing. Staff is all really friendly and will help with anything we need. The pool and playground keep the kids busy and the trials and canoe rental were a lot of fun with my kids.

The double cabin was very nice and I really appreciated the mattresses (we stayed in a 1 room cabin the other week and the mattresses were really bad). We were in cabin 13 and there was a large group staying nearby (I assume the group camping area) and they were extremely loud well into the night singing and performing. I would appreciate maintaining quiet hours in the future.

Everything was almost fantastic. Kids had a good time. I was thankful when it was my last night. Then the noisy campers arrived my final day. Hooting and having a celebration first thing on the morning. Not going to complain it was my last day. For the sake of the other campers I hope someone told them about the noise. Everything except the morning noise was great

Cabin was very nice. Campground is very clean and quiet. Small campground, very hilly. Not as many amenities as larger KOAs, but not a huge issue.

1-The pool area very nice 2- wifi is terrible by rooms stops at a certain time by office 3- front desk employees can be nicer 4-compared to other Koas give this one a 3 5- not many activities like bingo, music, dancing, etc no fire works

Everything was perfect except for the gentleman shining his flashlight in the eyes of our son, sitting quietly at the fire during quiet hours telling him it was time to be quiet. He repeated this behavior to our quiet neighbors as well. This was unnecessary and intrusive. If there was any noise, of course it would be appropriate, but there was none.

Beautifully landscaped, would have liked assistance with getting canoe into and out of water as I was doing it on my own… More recreation activities on weekends, Fridays and sundays too not just Saturday…

The lodge area where arcade is was closed. The swimming pool would only be opened if one requested. Cabin is meant for 4-6 people but you pay additional charge for each guest staying even if it is 4 people total. Not much to do during your stay.

Your comments are always welcome. As for the arcade, we closed that over 3 years ago and do not advertise as having one, The pool is kept locked for safety to insure younger children are not alone. Yes, are pricing is for double occupancy just like a hotel.

We spent one night in the deluxe cabin. It was comfortable, very efficient, heat, a/c worked great, very neat and clean. Enjoyed pool. The only recommendation is to fix bathroom door in Cabin #3 Pennsylvania. It sticks and doesn't lock properly. My husband wishes the pool table was up and running. We enjoyed the bean bag toss and unfortunately because of the rain we didn't use golf course.

It was fabulous. It is clear that the owner takes pride in his property. It was beautiful, neat and clean a had lots of fun activities. The people there were very helpful and polite. An A plus Place!

This was the cleanest most well manicured camping experience I’ve had and I’ve stayed at many KOAs. Two negatives, they should have at least one cabin that is dog friendly. I would stay here very frequently throughout the year if they did because my son is moving to the area. Secondly, the mattresses are not comfortable. The Williamsburg KoA has the BEST mattresses.

This KOA is fabulous! Facilities are all maintained very well and kept very clean. Pools (both kiddie and adult) are really nice. Staff are friendly and warm people. My family loves this location!

In May 2022, I brought a group of 12 high school students with special needs to KOA West Chester/Philadelphia. At every step of the process, the KOA team was endlessly helpful and patient. They team made our stay a success and the experience wonderful for a group of young, first-time campers. I can't thank the KOA team enough for making this a highlight of the school year.

Family Reunion of 50 people and the staff was wonderful. Note: Cabin 1 did leak through the night on Saturday and into Sunday - roof needs fixin.

I wanted to get away from everything, stay in a cabin with a bathroom and enjoy nature. I did nothing but relax and I needed it. Since I am older and need a bathroom in the middle of the night, I'm so happy for the FOX cabin.

Office personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable. Cabin was clean and met all my expectations. Only complaint was that supplies in restroom were not maintained. Stalls ran out of toilet paper and unit was empty of paper towels..

It was very clean and the people were very nice. And it had a lot of amenities. Arts and crafts ice cream social and music. I would recommend it to my friends and I will come again.

Bob and Cheryl are fantastic! They took us in at the last minute and made it a great place to rest our heads. This is one heck of a beautiful campground!!! I wish we could have stayed longer. Just a heads up-the motels and hotels in the area are either not pet friendly or shooting rates up to about $200-use your pet friendliness and good prices for marketing and you will be booked for years! Gorgerous location away from the overdeveloped no tree areas - get outta there and come here for a wonderful and inviting getaway with Canoes, a river, fenced dog area, mini golf, pool, ample store, and so much more!
