The property has an amazing amount of amenities. It is also located somewhat close to the WDW property.

The 2 out of 3 women at the front desk were plain rude-like we were bothering them being there. The older lady was lovely. Store did not seem stocked. They ran out of firewood. Construction-which I realize is not their responsibility but made for a rude awakening.

It was my go to place in orlando but now is an apartment complex next to and took all the privacy. They need to put a lot of tree along the fence line, and also improve the site

Amazing stay. The staff was so helpful whenever I had question. Some of the cleanest bathrooms I have ever experienced at a campground. Amazing amenities. The pool was great. The laundry clean and the groundwork so well maintained. Already putting on my “must stay” list next time in the area.

The site was not level enough for the jacks to compensate...we had to move the next day. We like this location, but will ask for a gravel lot next time as we tracked sand and dirt into the camper...it rained the whole time and made a real mess. But we had a good time.

Awesome staff, very helpful with my questions and propane refill. Laundry rooms were super helpful and clean. The park had easy access to the main roads but was not too close for the noise from the interstate. Would definitely recommend for anyone spending a couple of nights around the Orlando area.

It is very modern, clean and well kept. There are lots of amenities (pool, pickle ball, ladder golf, dog park, playground, huge public fire pit, etc). My only complaint is that the site are very skinny and unlevel. The very friendly staff were willing to work with us, but if they had been really busy, it could have been a problem.

Great campground. large sites, well kept grounds, clean & friendly staff. Awesome pancake breakfast on Sunday. Nice large dog run, great pet walk . Not too far to all the attractions . We’ve been here twice now and cannot wait to return. Would definitely recommend here!

Amazing campground. The staff was so helpful to a few requests I had. From the moment I pulled in I was welcomed and felt at home. Super clean, the cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen at a campground. Will be a must stop place in my travels.

We love our KOA and we love the location but wish we knew about the construction noise right next door from us. So we would tell other people to go there but after the construction work is finished. As for the KOA it is very clean & nice.

Your campgrounds and amenities were great. Your staff very friendly and more than helpful. Really appreciated the poolside lunch and Sunday breakfast. However, I don't know what was more annoying, the noise from the construction site next door or the firetruck, ambulance, or police sirens coming from the highway. I know KOA has no control over these things, but it did affect our stay.

During our stay, we had time off to enjoy the swimming pool in late November. Unfortunately, we could not do that because it was not heated as promised. Also, the morning of our last day, there was no hot water in the men’s room. We have stayed at this facility many times due to it providing exemplary service. We were disappointed during this past stay.

Great KOA. Facilities and grounds were excellent. But the staff at the front desk could use customer service training. Their rude and unapproachable demeanor takes away for the resort .

One of the best KOA campgrounds to stay at. The staff is great and the campground is very clean and well maintained. No old play grounds or recreation areas. All are very well kept up and new . I stay at a lot of koa campgrounds and this one is one of my favorites.

Hot water in shower would not get hot. Pool heater was broken, waiting for part, but water too cold for us. Staff was really super nice and helpful.

Great location and nice sites. There’s a lot of construction next door right now so that’s a bummer but not the campground’s fault. We caught a stunning sunset up by the dog park one night. Loved the fire pit & being close to Disney but also just far enough away.

I was very disappointed in the condition of the park. Almost every concrete patio was broken, the pool heater was broken, you could see rust stains in the pool. No mention of it being a BBQ cook-off so the park was loud. Not what I expected at all.

Stayed for 2 days and it was great. My only disappointment was being too late to get change for the laundry machines because the office had closed at 5pm. I expected there would be vending machines for coins in the laundromat so we returned after the office had closed. Had a nice quiet stay and the site was lovely. We did our laundry at our destination

3 big issues, the one KOA has no control over is the woods being gone next to RV park and now a mega apartment complex being built. Part for heating pool "on back-order" so did not get to swim. Speeding!! Posted ten mph, not being followed at all!! Pool at 72 degrees too cool for me. The site itself was nice but the doggie pen at site has too wide of openings to contain smaller dogs like ours.

Front desk person wasn’t too friendly I felt out of place . Been to other locations and the staff is very friendly. Also she was very pushy about the stay and payment felt pressure

Fire pits unusable to close to your rv.nothing done to site before arrival.blow off paver and ants were nested around fire pit.when you pay for a premium site you expect more

We had absolutely a wonderful time the campground staff, facilities and site are remarkable. Only one minor issue being that the cable service provided at the site was unusable either bad service or issues with the cable at the sites

Honestly it's a great place to stop when you driving long distances in an RV or visiting Florida, it's right on the i4 entrance and the wifi there is really good it is a lil hard to see it if you've never been and may pass by but other then that it's a great place and the staff are super nice and cool jon helped us out when we had a bit of a problem with our camper so yea id stay with em again

We stayed in a tent site. We loved the covered Pato area with each site and being so close to the playground. They had SO much stuff for the kids to do, they never got bored. The staff was beyond friendly and the campground was clean and bathrooms were great! The only downside is being close to the freeway and hearing that all night long. Besides the freeway, it is a perfect campground for families. We will be back and definitely recommend.
