Outstanding! The only thing that could have been better is a pet exercise pen. Whomever is cleaning your facilities need a raise!! They clean better than I do. What a gem of workers you have. We love this park.

Perfect location for visiting the falls. WEGO busstation just in front of camping. Clean amenities with good laundry. Almost no nois from the adjacent busy road. Friendy staff.

We had a beautiful site with a patio. Lots of activities and the campground is on a very convenient bus route to Niagara Falls. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the campground and amenities on site. The campground was very well kept and maintained. Staff was also very courtesy and helpful. The WeGo transportation right outside the grounds was awesome. We drove the motorhome in and parked it for the duration of our stay. If I ever come back again to Niagara Falls, would definitely stay at the KOA.

It was wonderful! We had everything we needed! Loved being so close to the Falls! We enjoyed the mini-golf, the pools, the rental bikes, and the shop. Enjoyed that the campground was clean and filled with kind people!

Nous avons aimé ce camping il est bien localisé, mais il manque un peux d’entretien certains en placements pour faire le feu sont croche et mal installée, plus site devrais être niveler avec du gravier pour éviter l’accumulation d’eau et la boue.

A bit expensive, good location. Managed well. Bathrooms could maybe serviced more often, as at times the toilets were dirty, which may have been due to flushing issues.

Beautiful place and lots of trees. Flat terrain. I used the handicap bathroom and shower stall. The shower stall was large and accommodating and perfect. The bathroom is large enough to accommodate my wheelchair but no grab bars. . unusual but I found around town that this wasn’t a common feature. They pick up your trash every day. Lots of activities.

Our family loves KOA Niagara, this trip I believe was our 4th or 5th visit this year already and we have more booked for 2023. The staff if always amazing, helpful and so very friendly. It’s too bad we couldn’t get a seasonal spot here or we would !

Nice campground..close to the falls. Tight sites though…and because it had rained so much, streets had a lot of water and sites were soggy and muddy. More gravel could help the situation..and would level out the sites too.

The server in the Pub on Friday evening was incredible, she modified a menu selection to help with a guests allergy issue and went above and beyond to make our last night wonderful... full marks A+

We've now stayed here several time, but this was our first visit this season. WOW! Tons of upgrades and improvements around the entire kampground. Very nicely done! Made a great spot even better.

It was very convenient but not the lady on the front desk is not very accommodating as I was asking for an empty spot for a night( 10pm-4am)but asked me to pay 200$ difference for a same amenities as I was!I just needed an empty spot at the back so I could hook up my car dolly for me not to disturb others&be ready2leave the next am for a 3days drive to home!There’s a lot of empty spot available!

Our stay was only a few days but we loved the facilities the park offered. The washrooms are the best we have ever seen in our travels! The staff was all amazing and a joy to speak with.

Great staff, very well-maintained KOA close to all the attractions in the Niagara Falls area -- an oasis with an aging neighborhood of local hotels and strip malls. All of the amenities were great, especially the activities for kids. Quiet at night. Spots were a little snug, but adequate for our needs. A pleasant mix of guests too!

The indoor pool/ hot tub area which has big sliding doors that open onto an outdoor patio is very nice. We didn’t use the bathrooms. The campground is very clean and the staff were friendly.

11 jours passés à Koa Niagara et on a beaucoup apprécié. Très bien entretenu et tranquille. Points négatifs, le paquet de 4 buches à 13$ c'est trop cher et avec 1 petit paquet de bois d'allumage à 6.$ ça fait un feu de camp pour 19$ . Le coût moyen par jour avec les taxes est 130$ , pour 11 jours. C'est Niagara, c'est magnifique pour aller visiter les vignobles de Niagara on the Lake.

We loved the campground and all there is to do. But once we heard that people come in off the streets and steal peoples stuff we got turned off. We also found a bag full of rocks that said “prize at site 15”. Then found out there were sketchy people staying there. rocks sat at the back kampk9 for 4 days until another camper took them to the front office (staff had no clue) felt unsafe after

Really enjoyed our stay (eclipse 2024). Very thankful that the campground was able to open early for this event. Staff were excellent and super helpful. I would recommend. Thanks!

The location was ideal to watch the eclipse. What was especially comforting was how nice all of the staff were--even when we were reminded to extinguish out campfire at midnight due to a city ordinance 😂 The place was very well kept, no garbage anywhere, the off leash dog park was poop free, bathrooms, hot tub and change rooms all immaculate but the pool was a bit greenish but then again pools are often very difficult to stay on top of, let alone in a campground but it was swimmable! Great experience and will most definitely stay here again!
